I just bought a new home and the walk-in jetted bathtub was not functioning. We we told it needed a new valve. Kevin responded first and was very professional. He kept in touch as we were moving in. We sent pictures of the tub and set a time to get the work done. I was so afraid the entire tub would need to be replaced. A huge expense for sure. Mike showed up on time and got the tub running after doing a thorough diagnostic inspection. Mike was so knowledgeable and personable. Nothing wrong with the ""valve"" at all. A minor leak around the handle to the floor below the tub is all. He left here promising to discuss how to fix the leak AND he gave us a recommendation for an electrician. The diagnostic invoice was more than reasonable (and a relief!) and I will surely use Die Hard for all of my future plumbing needs.

My main sewer line that runs to the street backed into my house. Sewage water flooded my front bathroom and living room. I was frantically throwing towels and mopping. I feared I would get a bacterial infection and panic took over. I called Kevin and he was at another job site, but told me what to do until he could get to my house. Kevin and Jake both showed up a few hours later and found the problem. They fixed the broken flap in the pipe. My problem resolved. They only charged a service call fee. I am so grateful to both of these men. I only wish I could give 10 stars on this review. I highly recommended Die Hard Plumbing.

I had a water leak behind the wall to the water supply line to my washing machine. I called Die Hard plumbing and spoke to Kevin. He came out the same day in the afternoon. He installed new copper pipes fittings and a pair of spigots for my washing machine hot and cold water supply. He took the time welded and installed the new pipes and fittings and did a clean job. He is very polite and very conscientious. The charge is very reasonable. I highly recommend Kevin and the excellent plumbing work he does. Strongly recommended! Great guy. Great plumber.
