I had a slab leak at my house on the hot water side I called Monday morning at 7:00 and left a msg and Amy called me back in 15 min and she was very nice and had a plumber at my house at 9:30 the plumber Mike called me with a estimate and caped off the pipe so they could came back and fix it . Scheduling was smooth, I was able to get a next-day appointment for an outdoor leak.

Chris came over and before fully diving into the problem area was able to predict exactly what the issue was. Then, of course, he was able to confirm it and promptly scheduled a second visit to fully address it.

He came back the next day and didn't just fix the leak, but also thoroughly explained what was going on. Chris made sure I understood the state of my home's plumbing and had recommendations around how to better maintain it in the future. There was a water bubble forming in the ceiling of one of the rooms in my house. I came to Yelp and messaged Die Hard Plumbing. We had tried various things but wasn't sure what the cause was. They came out within a day or two and helped to confirm what that issue was. I highly recommend this company because they could have given us the runaround, but they were honest and I truly appreciate that. Great rates, great service!

We just replaced our dishwasher and found out that we needed our water pressure to be adjusted Chris came out and confirmed that our water pressure was too high, as the old regulator was broken. He came out Friday to do a diagnostic, which cost $125. That fee was then applied to the repair when he returned a couple days later. In that time, someone from their office called us to explain charges and to give options.

Chris is very friendly, competent, and best of all was able to explain everything to us. We will be calling them again!
