I had a small leak under my kitchen sink and requested a plumber to come and make the necessary repairs. I was able to easily schedule my appointment over the phone. Our plumber arrived on time and made quick work our leak. I was only charged the minimum service fee, which wasn't too expensive. Would recommend and will use again. Thanks!

Chris came through. Had a tenant that had no water pressure and I couldn't find anyone late in a Friday, but Chris showed up promptly and fixed it and it was quite affordable. I definitely know who I will be calling if any future issues arise.

I'd forgotten to mention in my last update, what the resolve was for the plumbing issue originally described in my first review.

The methodical troubleshooting process that Chris suggested paid off. Eventually, the source of the leak revealed itself to be the toilet (and not the shower wall). Confident in the source, we took care of some tile work and then had Chris come back once the toilet was ready to be reinstalled.

Chris pointed out that the toilet (installation by the previous owners) neglected to use a wax ring of sufficient thickness. He showed me how the new seal he was installing was thick enough to compress and actually seal.

In my experience, Die Hard Plumbing wants their customers to be informed so that they understand why they are doing the job a particular way. It's actually a matter of pride: 'do the job right, or not at all.' It's why I'm happy to share my experience as finding trustworthy companies to do important work can be difficult. Thanks again!

On the last bigger job we had, Chris and Daniel were on time and tackled the job efficiently with precision and we felt they took extra care of everything for us.
We were very happy with the results.

They were kind and helpful every time we asked a question, and always made sure we understood the process and game plan.

Honestly best plumbing experience we had in the area. The guys are professional and easy scheduling always with the girls in the office.

We had a water main leak in our front yard next to the garage. Water was everywhere and was flooding our planters and the area next to the garage. Jake came out and assessed the situation and began digging to find the connection from the main city water line to our house. It was deep down and under some concrete overpour from when the house was built. It took a while but he finally reached it and discovered that the connection had sheared. He was able to repair it in such a way that if future problems occur it will be much easier to access. He was very professional and honest about what had to be done. The price was very fair. I was very happy with the outcome and will definitely call them again for any other plumbing issues I may have in the future.

I wish I could give this company 10 stars! I had a leak in my front yard for several days not knowing the issue! Die Hard Plumbing came out to take a look and it was the ""Main water Line"". I want to give a special shout out to ""Mike""! He took a look at the leak and told us about where the leak was without even digging first. He said I was losing 1.8 gallons of water per minute! Once he dug up the dirt the pipe was busted exactly where he said it was. He explained everything to me what happened and showed me the busted pipe. He did an amazing job and he was so nice! I was recommend this company to everyone. They will get the job done very Professional!

My whole experience with this company was great! The appointment was set promptly with estimate provided, Chris showed up 5 minutes before the schedule appointment window and started to work immediately. He helped me diagnose the issue I was having with my toilet, snaked it and even scoped the drain to make sure our problem was solved.
