this clown charged me ten grand for a new ac unit witch was fine and not even 4 months later we have not even used the ac and it fryed the power sorce cable becuse of the way he instaled it and then charged me to fix it what a pice of shit 300 more dollors i wont do bussness with this guy agine or recomending him

Dick is awesome! I had been told my unit needed to be replaced at the tune of almost 9000 by someone else. Dick came over cleaned my unit, gave her a shot and now it's working again! He saved me thousands. And he took care of me within a week.

Called 10, yes TEN electrical repair 'establishments' before I called Dick. PAYDIRT!!! Dick answered his phone, asked me what my problem was and suggested how I could do what he would do....and it WORKED!!!!!!!!!!!

Whatever comes up re electrical or air-conditioning, my FIRST call will be to Dick. REALLY!!

I was having problems fitting a new blower motor on my evap cooler. After 2 days of frustration I was ready to give in and call in the pro's so I called a local HVAC company who told me they don't work on swamp coolers and they suggested I contact Dick's Fix-it .
I called and Dick who answered the phone right away. I described the problem I was having and Dick offered the perfect solution over the phone.

This guy can't fix crap!
He charges you to show up, and his time but doesn't fix anything, then he tells you to buy new appliances.
His known around Prescott Valley as Dick's can't fix s*it!

As a follow up to my earlier post my AC has continued to have trouble. The new breaker is frequently being tripped and the AC stops working. Had Dick done a good job to start with this wouldn't be happening.
