Ryan and Dickenscrauf are outstanding! They do excellent work, reasonably priced and they have good response times. We have had them out many times to help with dishwasher, clogged drain, clogged garbage disposal to name a few projects. They did a great job updating a bathroom fan project, too! Its obvious Ryan treats his employees like family (his dad is retired but dropped off a part one time) that's a great dad and you could tell how much he loves his company and his dad!!

I'm very satisfied with Dickenschrauf plumbing and Heating and cooling. Had Brendin from plumbing over to repair an old leaky pipe underneath my kitchen sink. He did an excellent job. I have dealt with Dickenschrauf plumbing for the last four years and they are great. Would recommend them any time, which I have in the past. I also recommend the Heating and cooling dept. they came over in November 2022 and did an excellent tune up on both furnaces, they are coming over at the end of May 2023 to do a tune up on my AC units for my duplex. I give them a five-star rating.

Tried to engage Dickenschrauf Plumbing for an extensive re-piping job in our home--replacing most of the old galvanized pipes with PEX or copper. I gave up after responding to 3 requests, *from Dickenschrauf*, asking for my availability for an estimate. Dickenschrauf never confirmed a time for an inspection of the pipes, and eventually I hired a different firm for the job.

They can do a whole new job installation but when it comes to maintenance, good luck. Don't return phone calls, no show on the day of the appointment. Finally after calling nonstop and sending an email they finally serviced my tankless water heater.
