Excellent service. Scheduling was quick and easy. The job was performed with care and skill. I especially appreciated how Steve and his team accommodated a last minute schedule change. The job wasn't rushed and the technician took the time to ensure that everything was working appropriately. I definitely recommend Steve and his team.

Let me share my story. I think people need to know about Dick Rosher Plumbing. I called them and after talking to the supposed owner on the phone(Steve) they seemed as if they would be very thorough, in part because of the supposed latest technology. I decided to try them over other people had on the list even though they were the most expensive. He told me his son Landon will be calling me to find the leak. His son called me and we set the time. Well he called to tell me they were going to be late. He did showed up late in the night. We set the appointment for the repairs to be done. The day they were supposed to come do the repair they texted saying they were not able to come because he was exhausted from the work week and would benefit from a rest. if it was ok to re schedule to another day. then he decided to call me and give me the excuses. Well I told them the day he wanted it was not going to be possible. Well after a few hours he called he said he founded a wingman and if it was ok to go that afternoon. Well they showed late in the afternoon almost getting dark and they were in YOUTUBE looking at how to repair. Well it was kind of scary knowing that but they were doing the job(that was a RED flag and I didn't pay attention). When they finished late in the night we checked for leaks and it looks good so we gave them a check because he said they don't take cash or cards(second Red flag that I didn't pay attention) and the third flag that I didn't pay attention was that they added 50.00 dollars more at the end because he said his Dad was mad at him for charging me so little for repair. The job was done on January 13, 2018. I have called them the Dad and the son and NO ANSWER. To top it of the address is non existing and email address not valid. I am still waiting for my email with the pictures of the repair and the papers because they didn't let me take my pictures. They are the worse service ever. I didn't expected that from them. They didn't meet my expectations. So I want to share my story so you all know and don't be fooled like me. Check there address and you see the truth. Well I am still waiting for the email with the pictures and paperwork that job was done and today is January 22, 2018. It is ashamed because they actually sounded on the phone like they were going to be a good company to have business with.

Steve of Dick Rosher Plumbing came out to do a leak detection on our house, our water bill was extremely high, they did an amazing job! They found the leak quick, very reasonably priced, they saved us a ton of money on our water Bill! We got the paper work and pictures we needed the next day!!! We will definitely use them again in the future, we couldn't recommend them enough!!! A++++

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do business with Dick Roshner Plumbing or consequently with Stephen Davis Miami CFC 057254 - the owner - by any means. He was called to check a leak in my house which he identified and submitted a proposal to fix it. Up until this point, everything worked as it should, we were able to communicate with him, he was responsive and came to complete the repair as scheduled. We paid him for the service that same day and he cashed the check also the same day. BIG MISTAKE on our part. Unfortunately, as part of the job, he was also supposed to provide a report of the repairs for us to submit to the Water & Sewer Department to get our bill adjusted. He left saying we'd receive the report in 24hrs. These 24hrs have turned into over a week and he has blocked all sorts of communication with us. We have given him plenty of chances, he's ignored messages and blocked our calls. We are now seeking legal representation to resolve this matter. If anyone that reads this message is also having problems with this company let me know if you'd like to join forces to go after him. I have also submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

""""Steve is a busy man. I was initially very impatient. He conducted a water leak detection service. I had a leak under the floor of my home. Steve committed to fixing this leak without breaking my new marble floor. He assured me of his success. I asked for him to be there during work. He was hesitant. Steve squirmed a little and agreed. He said in this case, I had to wait one week for him to be personally available to be at my home working fir two consecutive days. After closely observing his work in progress I was skeptically questioning him. Steve is a master at his trade. He successfully bypassed the leaking pipe through my attic. No floors broken, and I got a $6,300.00 credit on my water bill. I doubted Steve. Plumbing is expensive. I'm very satisfied I got my money's worth.""""

Mr. Stephen L. Davis was not able to complete the job that he was hired to do, which was dig a new well and install the plumbing for the well. On June 5, Mr. Stephen L. Davis met with me and we agreed about the need for a new well, and based on his recommendation, we found an acceptable spot for drilling, and agreed on a price that would include a larger pump than was previously installed which would improve the house water pressure. He felt that he could get the job done pretty easily so it wouldn't take too long (4 - 5 days). I gave him a check for $1400 to confirm my intention of getting this completed. He then told me he would send an invoice/contract, and as of this date, have still not received one. After 10 days with no start date given, attempts were made to agree on a data when the well would be drilled when I would be home. Finally, the well was drilled on June 19, at which point the driller wanted to be paid for his services, even though that was never mentioned by Mr. Stephen L. Davis. A cash payment of $800 was given to the driller, with the understanding that the balance due of $600 would be paid upon completion of the plumbing and installation of the new pump. Attempts to contact Mr. Stephen L. Davis were made on June 21, 22, and 23, with different dates given as far as when the work could be completed. The agreed date of June 24 came and went without Mr. Stephen L. Davis or his crew arriving. On June 27 at 4 pm, a team of three workers came to start digging the trench for the pipe to go from the well to the pump house. They were not able to complete the trench on that day, so the team came back June 29 to complete the digging. The crew relayed the information that Mr. Stephen L. Davis wanted me to hire a tree service company to clear the roots, even though that also was not mentioned in our original agreement. The crew instead decided to go ahead and complete the digging by hand instead of waiting for another solution. The team then installed the new pump and connected all of the plumbing from the well to the pump. Unfortunately they were unable to prime the new system, and waited for instructions from Mr. Stephen L. Davis on how to proceed. Some changes were made to the plumbing and I was given the pump manual for my records. While we were waiting I read the manual and reviewed the recommendations from the pump manufacturer Goulds, There were different installation recommendations for different well depths, and I asked the team if the shallow well design (up to 25' depth) would work for a well of 60'. The team didn't know. I also asked about the need for unions on either side of the pump per the manufacturers recommendations, and the reply was that they were following Mr. Stephen L. Davis instructions. Since they were waiting from the PVC cement to dry from the plumbing modifications, it seemed to be a good time to find out if that might be reason for their priming problems. The team suggested that I contact Mr. Stephen L. Davis at which point, I declined, based on his poor response to my phone calls earlier, including one where he hung up on me (June 27). His next communication was to tell me to stop talking negatively about him to his team, this needs to STOP IMMEDIATELY (his emphasis). As a customer who has been patient and worked around the schedule and expertise that was provided, I was in no mood to be lectured about my communication skills. So the team was asked to pack up their things until a resolution could be made with Mr.Stephen L. Davis. I spent the next hour on the phone hearing how I undermined his working relationship with his team, and that his team wasn't given the respect they deserved. As the paying customer I pointed out that I also had expectations that hadn't been met. He suggested waiting until tomorrow to decide if we wanted the team to finish. I agreed and then found out the team had cut the PVC and removed the pump. Mr.Stephen L. Davis now informed me that to finish the job he would need $850 in advance before completing the work, which I declined his offer. My reply was the original agreement upon completion to my satisfaction. He now has resulted with threats of lawsuits and liens, and I am still without water. Desired Outcome After being promised that he was going to file a lawsuit, including providing the name of his attorney, Roy Kahn, I have no confidence that he would provide a quality solution to the need for clean water. Culligan had to be rescheduled because this job took more time than I anticipated, and I still don't have a solution. There are other plumbers available so I will find one that doesn't have so many complaints filed with the BBB. Mr.Stephen L. Davis mentioned several times that his team was 99% done, and he wanted them to finish, yet he is willing to cancel the agreement if I don't meet his new demands. I will not be held hostage by a plumber who promises to sue me! The breach of (verbal) contract was initiated by Mr.Stephen L. Davis.

I had an underground leak at my townhouse and averted thousands by not ripping out my floors . Steve Davis was super helpful and had the right tools to locate the outdoor leak. I am super grateful to an honest plumber that is hard to find in Miami! Thanks again !

This review is long overdue. I was recently reminded of it because I need plumbing services again for another issue. Back in January, I called Dick Rosher Plumbing to find and fix a leak coming from our bathroom into the bathroom of the condo below ours. After reading their reviews and speaking to the manager on the phone they seemed as if they would be very thorough, in part because they are using the latest technology that most other plumbers were unwilling to pay for. We set up an appointment for a Friday morning. I had a difficult time scheduling this appointment because we had to find a time that my downstairs neighbor, DR Plumbing, and myself would be available. 10-15 mins. after I was expecting the plumber to arive, I went to my cell phone to call them and noticed that an hour before the appointment, the manager had sent me a text letting me know that they wouldn't be able to make it because his guys had stayed up very late doing an emergency plumbing job the night before. Of course this really made matters more complicated because now I had to try to find another plumber and go through all of the scheduling issues all over again. They may be excellent plumbers (Unfortunately, I cannot confirm nor deny this), but this is a very unprofessional and unreliable way to do business. I run a small business myself. Sometimes I get calls from my regular clients asking if I can squeeze them in for an emergency. However, I would never cancel or reschedule even a new client I had already booked, for a last minute booking with my best client, without first calling the new client to ask if it was okay to change our appointment. And I certainly would never cancel or reschedule by text. I would first call (this is still far and away the best form of communication, excluding face-to-face), leave a message if I got no answer, and THEN text. Furthermore, if it meant that I had to coffee up and deal with a little less sleep to keep my original appointment, I would certainly do that. When I called later to let them know that their no-show was unacceptable and had cost them a client, the manager never offered to do anything to make it right. When I have screwed up and run very late for an appointment, or there was a confusion between the client and myself on the appointiment time, I offer a free service to try to make it right. Some promise of a discount on my next neeeded service would have prevented this review, but there was none. Excellent customer service means doing your utmost to deliver upon the client's expectations, but perhaps more importantly, it also means doing your utmost to make the client happy, if their expectations are not met.
