Super-fast. Super friendly.

After leaving a message, I got a very prompt call back from Karla; minutes not days. Karla was familiar with my problem and super friendly. I sent her pictures of the leaking Simmons tub/shower control, just to confirm.

8:59 Steve (the owner) rolled up to the house for a 9 AM the next day as promised. He was also very friendly, even with a mask. He asked about the problem and got right to work.
He quickly removed the existing valve handle, even though it was frozen to the stem. He had brought all of the parts on his first trip into the house. Clearly he has done this before.

9:15 water was back on. Fast!

9:30 Steve checked it all over for leaks before closing it up. He took the time to show me the old parts that were replaced and explain what work did not need to be done.

An experienced plumber like Steve keeps your costs down by not making small problems into big ones.

If you want a family-owned business, that keeps their word, shows up on time and keeps the cost reasonable, give them a call. I know I will next time I need a plumber.
