Dibico's Home Maintenance Program was designed for homeowners - giving you the convenience of one contact for every home service required.

We offer scheduled maintenance (monthly, seasonal, annual), and we are happy to customize a maintenance plan that fits your lifestyle. Additionally, we are available to address any urgent issues that may come up.

Our established partnerships with subcontractors and our dedicated crew of masons, electricians, and carpenters enables us to provide a wide range of home services (plumbing, electric, masonry, flooring, roofing, painting, landscaping, pool services, etc.).

In addition, we often create bespoke furniture for our customers in our in-house millwork facility.

Julio's journey began at just 8 years old with his father, who guided him through the basics of carpentry and building. He then took over the family business, transforming Dibico Construction into a family-owned enterprise for over 50 years.
