Have a piece of crap rental with the dirtiest tenant you can't evict in Los Angeles city rent control who calls me and says water is leaking from bath room somewhere. Read about Diaz plumbing on here and since they were local I called and he says he can just run down and look right now and call me back.

Well, he did run down there and fix the problem but I had to call him to ask if he fixed. No biggie because he fixed it and I don't have to hear my tenant complain. Price was reasonable.

After calling another plumbing company in silverlake who couldn't make it this morning, I decided to try Diaz Plumbing. They were so friendly and efficient I can't be any happier. The rates are pretty good as well. They were so easy to deal with and they came over when I needed them! Accomodating, friendly, and knows what they are doing. Kitchen sink good as new. I will use them again FOR SURE. :)

It really should be 4 stars but I won't be the one to spoil their rating as at the end of the job I'm happy with the outcome.
I got 4 different quotes for the small job of replacing a pipe that goes just underneath concrete. They were the only ones that cared about my restricted budget and proposed to replace only part of the pipe to keep the cost down. Turns out replacing the whole thing wasn't needed as they found the leaky part pretty quickly.
The guys that work for Adrian Diaz may not be the most professional or hardworking (one seems to be way to old for the job to be honest) but they definitely made up in personalities. They were super nice and very eager to explain everything, even with broken English :)
There are two reasons I would give them 4 stars tho... One was that in the morning of the project Adrian wasn't so nice as when he was giving me the quote a day before. He was impatient and on my proposal of running a pipe under different angle (actually the correct way but it would require a bit more work) he just said if I don't do it the ""shortcut way"" he won't do it at all coz he's asking for too little money - $400.
And the other reason is that I wrote them a check for $400 but they cashed it for $600. It's partially the reason of the banker as he or she didn't properly read the check... One way or the other whoever fault that was I lost an hour of my time to get this straighten out with the bank.
I own a rental and there's always something going on so I'll definitely call Diaz Plumbing again. At the end I'm happy with the way this job was completed. Check out my pictures :).

I recently had a hot water slab leak. That is not a problem you want to have when you've just purchased a new home. It's like someone telling you your house has diarrhea and the only way you can cure it is by destroying the house itself. Luckily, I found Diaz Plumbing. Adrian came in and helped save the day. After being jerked around by other plumbers for a week, many of which suggested I knock down my walls and repipe my entire house for thousands and thousands of dollars, Adrian was able to come up with some creative solutions and work-arounds which saved me A TON of money. In addition to that, they even arranged a delayed payment plan to help me out. They were awesome and very professional. Diaz Plumbing will officially be the plumbers I turn to from now on.

Adrian was prompt and professional. Even though my issue was a non issue he didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. Quoted me a good price. Nice and honest. Will definitely be calling him again.

Adrian is prompt, fair, and trustworthy, I can't say a bad thing about these guys. I live in Glassell Park and, like most people, every plumbing problem is an emergency. I've had him out 4 times in the last couple of years. This July 4th was where he really shone. I was out of town and my tub had an issue. Family was staying at the house, so I called on the 4th. He contacted my brother, was out here on the 5th and didn't charge. I was so relieved.

These guys are champions, the reviews are no lie. I called Diaz Plumbing (found on Yelp) because of a broken garbage disposal. Adrian texted me back and asked if we could wait until tomorrow. I said sure, and I asked him what he thought the repair might cost. Then, he suggested I try something on my end that completely fixed it and only cost me $10 and a trip to Home Depot. He just earned my business for years to come.

Our water heater was leaking and they came out right away, were incredibly personable and honest, gave us a very reasonable quote and got the work done within 24 hours. We had another issue with our faucet in the bathroom which they were able to fix easily rather than just telling us to spend $300 to replace it, as another company had. The staff was courteous and did a great job. We'll definitely be using them again!
