1-24-16 I had back out issue from a toilet from my complex. And Steve the manager on call told me they would come within 2 hours. They show up in 4 hours. Problem did not solve and they left. We have to get the technician back to do the work.

We had major work for repair the pipe for the clear out. The clear out is on the major drive way. After the pipe fixed under the ground, they had the clear out about 3 inches above the ground. Everyday cars pass by hit the clear out. We followed up with the company about 3 weeks. Many calls. They went back ""Fixed"" it. Now it is half inch above the ground. Cars still hit the clear out everyday.

1-26 -16 Heather called me that if I do not use their service later on. They would not research the case. Manager Keith called back correct wrong charge for half hour work charge 2 hours and apologized for wrong doing for not check out work before leaving. And offer fix the high clear out the next day. - I was impressed.

1-28-16. Credit card still with higher charge. and have not heard anyone came to fix the high clear out on drive way. - will keep everyone update.

2-11-16. The clear out got fixed. Appreciated this.

We had a major leak in the water pipe between the meter on the street and the front door of our home (the part not covered by the water company or our home insurance), Options were to dig up flagstone and concrete slab to find the leak and repair it, or run a new line for 160 feet through the yard, shooting it below the flagstone, avoiding that. We chose the latter, at a total cost of $4,350. Despite being backed up with work (principally commercial), the company put three great guys - Matt, David and Brian - on the job, which was completed in two and a half days, as scheduled. We were impressed by the professionalism of everyone with whom we had contact.

Highly recommended for a big job like this.

Excellent company. I've always used for minor things but they really stepped up with a major slab leak. My home warranty company keeps using other companies that leave a lot to be desired. After dealing with another company that took 2 weeks to even think if repairing a slab leak causing water on my foundation, these guys were out in 2 days (cause I had to work my schedule to be home not because they delayed scheduling). They did a major re routing of my plumbing that other company couldn't even plan for. Way to go diamondback plumbing. Definitely will be on my favorites list.

I can not say enough about the service provided by Diamondback. Today I have a new tenant moving into a property where it will reach 104 degrees today and the A/C is out. Within a half hour of my call, a tech is dispatched! The only reason it took that long is because I, as the owner, am out of state which required extra paperwork. I lived in that area for 7 years and used Diamondback exclusively because of their response times, knowledgable techs and value. Kudos to them for coming through again!

This was the only plumbing company that came out on a Saturday to fix a leaking and broken garbage disposal which was great. The plumber did a great job and was very fast.

The price was a little high, I've used plumbers in the past and almost $300 for 45 mins worth of work seemed very high, I understand that it would be expensive on a Saturday, but it wasn't high due to a ""weekend fee"" or anything, I was just charged about $5 - $15 for every piece of pipe used (things you can get at home depot for about a fourth of that price.) So i recommend them if you're in a bind and need a plumber right away, but if they charge the same during normal business hours on a weekday, I would use a cheaper plumber.

Laundry drain was backing up due to a clog in the drain somewhere. Also had a bad garbage disposal that needed replaced. I called to get quotes and information, was told if I buy the garbage disposal they will install it for a charge. Arrived as promised, drain was snaked and tested twice before calling it good to go. Had the disposal installed in less than thirty minutes. Friendly, clean, and professional service with reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend, and do business again. Thanks

Don't waste your time waiting for these guys to give you a bid. Use someone else. I called these guys on a Thursday to get a bid on running a gas line for a Dryer. They only stop by if they are in the area, so I waited a week but didn't hear from them. I called them a week and a half later to see if they were going to stop by; I was told that they did stop by and were preparing a bid. I called a couple more times that week and was told they were working on the bid. I never received a bid, I wasted 2 weeks and still need to find someone to run this line. Start with someone else, it'll be faster.

Called at least 6 other companies before Diamondback said they would come on Easter Sunday for a drainage problem. Listened, identified the problem, fixed it. Kudos to Jason and Jerry.

Had a backup this morning and Diamondback sent out a tech within and hour. Levi was the tech and he was very prompt and professional and fixed our problem fast. Very pleased with the service and price as well. I paid $50 less than when it happened the last time and used a different company, not to mention a much faster response time. Definitely recommended.
