Levi is the plumber that was sent and he did a very thorough inspection and repair! Great attitude and so helpful.
We found their prices very reasonable!

This company is a rip off. The guy came out, was rude, told me they're ""$175 an hour"" and then went to his car, came back, said he called his supervisor and they charge ""by the job now and it's $600."" Didn't explain anything and wasn't very friendly unfortunately.

The person that took my call was very nice. She asked if it was an emergency and I confirmed that it was not. So, we scheduled an appointment for 2 days later at 9am. 9:30 came, and I called to verify that I hadn't written the appointment down wrong. She verified that I had an appointment and said the tech was running late. She said he would be calling me to give me an eta. When the tech called me he had no idea about the appointment. He asked if it was an emergency?.... I said no. It's not an emergency, I have an appointment. He said, ""well my friend, I've got 12 emergencies in front of you"". I think he thought it was funny for some reason. I hung up and called another company. There are plenty of plumbers in the Phoenix area. Call one that's dependable. Not these people.

Called today since my water heater was leaking this morning and they are the ones that initially installed it. The secretary took my call, I informed her I looked up the warranty online and that it is active until 2023. She said she would have her supervisor look at it which she then said was expired. I explained to her I was looking at it myself and the warranty said active she asked if an operations manager could call me to explain within 30 min. 3 hours later he calls, was extremely rude, argued with me about the warranty- turns out they were looking at the wrong serial number from a previous water heater. Customer service speaks a lot about a company and today they failed on that. Found another company that was able to take my call and come out today for the repair.

We were very disappointed. We had a pipe break on a Friday night. I called Diamondback's ""emergency"" number. The girl who answered sounded annoyed, but told me Ozzy would call me right back. Never heard a word from Ozzy or anyone else at the company. Found another plumber who actually HAD emergency service and he came and fixed the leak within an hour.

We developed a plumbing problem at our business at around 9 AM and Diamondback Plumbing showed up in the time frame they promised and fixed for a fair price. I will be calling them back for another job we will be needing.

Worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. They charged me over $200 for being here for 30 minutes and nothing was fixed in the slightest. Get yourself a company you can pay to actually fix the problem, the whole situation and aftermath was beyond unprofessional.

Do not use this company. They over charge for labor, refuse to provide hourly rate, start projects and accrue labor without discussing and charge credit cards on file without confirming with a written estimate. Truly untrustworthy business practices. There are numerous quality plumbers that communicate pricing before work, email estimates for approval before any charges. And none have I ever worked with that charge a credit card without approval until Diamondback plumbing.

We had a leak in the front of our house and as a new homeowner I was very nervous. I called DiamondBack Plumbing first thing in the morning and the leak was fixed the same day. Barry did a great job. He was very professional, friendly, and fixed the leak right away. Happy customer!
