I unfortunately had a hot water heater blow up! So, I needed a plumber, sadly I have one of those LowBoys that are so difficult to work with, when they are set in a closet almost the same size as the water heater! Well, the guys at Diamond Plumbing came out to do the replacement, all of the men were very kind and friendly. They worked so very carefully not to damage any of my furniture or fragile items! They informed me of all the complications that came up from the stupid, short, overly small closet that was actually created smaller than my current water heater! Who does that?? They got the new water heater in and working, so nice to have hot water again. I will be sure to recommend Diamond Plumbing to anyone that I can! I purchased a new home and the warranty work for plumbing is done through Diamond Plumbing. I was having some issues and Austin with Diamond Plumbing was sent to my house. He called on his way prior to arrival. Don't let the young face fool you, he is super smart, experienced, and knows his stuff. He is very respectful and does a great job and fast! I had a toilet with a very weird leak and he solved it in no time and had a new tank on my toilet. I highly recommend Austin and while I don't want any other plumbing issues, I would be more than happy for Austin to fix any plumbing issues. Thank you!

Our family would like to give a 10 star STELLAR review to Diamond Plumbing, but especially for Jake. Jake communicated with his arrival, arrived exactly on time, and was one of the most professional technicians I have ever worked with. Very personable and kept us me updated with each step. I say this completely unbiased as I work for a custom home builder and deal with trades on a daily basis. Jake found the problem with the sink/hot water valve and had to go purchase the part. He came back and after installing, realized the new kitchen faucet was defective. He went the extra mile, removed and returned the faucet, purchase another one, and installed it. The fact that he made extra trips and worked without expressing any frustration: this guy is fantastic. I highly recommend Diamond Plumbing but I especially recommend Jake. Jake has completely restored our faith in quality service and complete respect for the customer. THANK YOU JAKE!!

These people had us waiting days then didn't show up. No call. I appreciate if people are busy. That said, they should have the decency to just say that. We called another plumber anyway. If they'd just communicated I wouldn't be so angry. Four nights in a hotel add up!

Diamond Plumbing has helped me out through a wide range of services including hydrostatic pressure tests to check pipes; repairing leaks and running toilets; and most recently, to repair a water heater to fix low hot-water pressure issues. Below are some points if you're considering them based on my experience.

PRO1: The office staff has always been kind, professional, and responsive to me. Yes, sometimes they are really busy and I'll get the voicemail, (esp. after the Extreme Winter Weather we recently experienced with many having pipe issues), but someone ALWAYS gets back to me... that's not the case with all businesses.

PRO2: They send a text when technicians are on their way with a picture of who's coming as well as a tracker. I also have an opportunity to rate my experience afterward conveniently through text.

PRO3: They offer Military Discounts. I admire this and can't thank businesses enough who decide to honor Veterans in this way. It speaks volumes about the values of a company. May they thrive 100 times more!

CON: They are not open after-hours including weekends. This can be an issue during an emergency, but I also respect that they have dedicated off days and rest for themselves and their employees. It's just something I have to consider when I have a need that requires after-hours.

In conclusion, they are my go-to during normal business hours; I've been serviced by Diamond Plumbing about 8 times now and I'm still a very happy customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Diamond Plumbing.
