Called Ray Velez (Diamond Plumbing Services), which was assigned to us by Sears Home warranty, to repair a leaky kitchen faucet. Ray gave me the soonest available next day appointment in the afternoon. He came took the information he needed to order the cold and the hot replacement cartridges. Then he came the day after to replace them in the after noon. So in 48 hrs I have my kitchen faucet repaired and running. Ray is personable and competent and I am well pleased with his quality of work !

The wax seal on one of our toilets went bad. The first company the home warranty co. assigned us didn't make contact for over 2 hours. We had them switch us to a different plumber, and that's how we found Diamond. Within 5-10 minutes we had a text to see our availability today. They gave us a 3-5 window, and even showed up early. Ray was great. He replaced the ring and a broken water valve. Wore a mask the whole time. Explained everything perfectly and was extremely courteous. Very quick and efficient. I needed two bath faucets replaced with new sets that I had purchased. Since we had not used one of the faucets in several months it was quite frozen up. It was so bad that the job took three times longer than expected. Albert was our technician and he spent hours extracting the old faucet. The stubborn faucet caused such an over-run that he had to schedule a second day for the other faucet. The next appointment was scheduled promptly and fortunately for all of us it went much easier. VERY professional service. Showed up on time, worked through a tough job without a complaint and cleaned up after. You can't ask for more! I will be doing business with them again.

I have had two recent experiences with Diamond Plumbing, and I have to say that they were both really good. I asked for an estimate on running a gas line to my fire pit and received an immediate online response and a bid (the only one out of three plumbing companies who came out to give me an estimate) very shortly after coming to my home.

I had new flooring put in which caused my 25-year old toilet hook-up to leak. I called Diamond Plumbing and that same day Joel came out to give me a bid and then to fix my toilet. He quickly replaced the old part and even created a PDF file with a photo of the former hook-up and one of the new hook-up as well as the bill. Now I will be able to know when and what was done to my toilet. Joel is the best, and I will continue to call Diamond Plumbing for any plumbing need I have.

Great service, they accommodated us on short notice on the weekend. The guys were polite and they were able to do just a leak detection for us where other companies tried to sell us a full plumbing job before even doing what we were requesting.
