I was told that someone would be in contact with me, and would call me back to schedule a time to come see what needed to be done as well as provide me with a quote. No one ever returned my call, and still hasn't to this day. I spent my $3300 with Cactus Plumbing instead. I don't understand a business that can't even be bothered to call someone back. I get it, if you're too busy, just say so. Don't over promise and under deliver. Perhaps this is why this particular plumber is no longer a Roto Rooter franchise?
