I am renting a condo in Miami Beach and have a problem with a water leak from the shower . It appears to be a major job so I don't know if the owner will use them , but from my experience I would . First of all, the office person Nicole , was very understanding of my situation- not wanting g to waste my vacation waiting on the plumber . She kept me updated constantly. She was a pleasure to talk with. The tech that came out , Antonio , was magnificent. He was punctual, but mostly polite and professional. He explained what needed to be done and how much time involved. E spoke very eloquently. Hard to find in a young person. If I lived in Miami, this would be my go to company .

Alex and his guys did an amazing job on our house in South Miami. Alex was also very polite, well dressed and very knowledgeable. Their van was very organized. Not to mention they replaced all our cast iron with PVC piping in one day!!! They showed up at 8am and didn't leave until 11pm. They picked up the excess rocks that were dug up and cleaned everything after the job was done. Toilets and showers worked great after the job was done. Pricing was competitive too. I couldn't be happier.

The water heater in my home was leaking and I knew it was time for a new one. I had a time constraint and needed to find someone to come out and take care of the water heater replacement as soon as possible. Within an hour of me calling in, I had a tech, Adrian, in my home and giving me quotes. He was very helpful and polite and explained everything that would be needed and done. The work was done same day which saved the day for me and Adrian cleaned up the area where work was done and made sure everything was up and running. The only issue I have with the entire thing is the cost. I definitely needed the work done asap and think I paid the price, more than double, for that because it was way more expensive than I expected. Thanks

JCN plumbing now known as Diamond plumbing was amazing to work with. Every person that I spoke to from the office to the people that came out and provided an estimate to the actual workers all were amazingly nice and knowledgeable, most importantly they spoke English which is hard to find nowadays with any Contractor. I was under a very tight timeframe and they were able to come out the next day and install the drain lines for my gutters. The excellent service they provided was well worth the cost. I would highly recommend this company will definitely use them again.
