Been having problems with drainage since like November. Had several different companies come out but only helped with short term fixes, so wanted to try someone new. Hugo came by and was the first to put on a coverup and dive into the crawlspace. He discussed several options and took pictures with his phone. He confirmed leaks as we turned water on from different parts of the house. He was more than willing to help breakdown the project in doable sections and came out the following weekend. He and Alfonso rerouted waterlines for the kitchen/laundry and troubleshooted to avoid more labor.

He was willing to teach and show how to fix an additional problem but I decided to jus hire him again and he came out to fix the original problem that left a big hole in my sunroom. In just 3 visits, he has fixed problems that have been sitting for years. Thank you, Hugo. You've been a lifesaver.

Hugo responded to my Yelp quote in about 15 mins of submission (I also asked for quotes from 4 others in the area but Hugo was the only one to respond and he was the initial person I wanted to work with due to Yelp reviews). They were in Walnut Creek and told me they would come for a FREE estimate on my rooter service in about 30-1hr. They came in about 20 mins to the door and was very polite. He was conscience of the shoes on the shoe rack and started to take off his shoes before coming in the house. I showed him around and the issues I was having. He gave me a quote and I agreed. He was able to fix the issue in about 15 mins (I had been working on it myself for 2 1/2 hrs already). He gave me recommendations to help prevent this and tips on what I can do myself.

Overall: Hugo and Alfonso were very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and solved the issue in a quick and non-destructible way. They definitely under promised and over delivered. Their price to fix my issue was very reasonable and would continue to go with the them. Thank you guys. You saved my weekend!

You don't meet many people like Hugo. This man is a lifesaver I cannot stress this enough. I've been using his services for routine maintenance for sometime, but with a major leak in front of the house, this was anything but routine for me.

He showed up when he said he would. He explained everything. He told me what my options were. During his inspection under the house, he discovered another major plumbing issue and took video of the problem so I could see it. This was far worse than what I had originally called him for. I don't know when I would have ever found out about it, but this man has saved my life.

He is professional, kind, detailed and he worked with my budget. He answered all of my (no doubt stupid) questions. I can not recommend this man enough. Thank you, Hugo!!

I'm so thankful for Diamond Plumbing! I called Hugo at 5:45pm in crisis mode, my toilet overflowed and it was a disaster. He was there in less then an hour. He gave me an honest answer, he was professional and reasonably priced, and got us fixed up! Awesome plumber. Only plumber I will ever use in the future. He was prompt and very honest. I had a stoppage about a year ago, but that plumber did not tell me root cause of the problem. So I had another stoppage two days ago. Hugo cleared it and came back today in the rain to fix the backflow pipe. He showed me that it had been installed incorrectly which is why I had the recurring problem. Knowing a thing or two about construction myself, I could see he knew what he was talking about and was honest. Then he showed me how he corrected the problem before covering up the pipe again.

I can't say enough great things.
