I called Hugo for help with a leaking upstairs tub that was causing problems with my living room ceiling below. Hugo came out a few hours after my call and spent a meaningful chunk of time diagnosing the problem. He determined that the issue was not plumbing but waterproofing (grout, etc.).

He refused payment for his time helping me. He is honest and easy to work with. You should hire him if you need help with plumbing. I am a harsh grader and he receives an A+ from me!

(By the way, I also called another ""highly-rated"" plumber when I called Hugo. The other company quoted me an over-the-phone estimate of $600+ and were unable to come out for a week!)

We have used Hugo a couple of times over the past few years to fix plumbing issues in our old home. He is super polite and helpful and sticks to the price he quotes you, which is really appreciated! Recently I messaged Hugo about a plumbing issue that was outside of the scope of work he typically he does and he actually took the time to call me and walk me through some trouble shooting I could do on my own and provided a reference to another company that could replace the piping if it ended up being needed. The fact that he took time to help me when he knew there was no immediate job for him to do was so very much appreciated! I would recommend this guy to everyone!

Extremely fast response, Alfonso was on time and I appreciated how covid-conscious he was (wearing a mask, shoe protectors and gloves the entire time). When we realized the faucet needed to be replaced, he went out and bought one to match our sink. Very pleased with their services!

Our shower valve broke, and we had to turn off all water to the house. I called at 7:15 am and spoke with Hugo; Alfonso was there in about 2 hours with the right part to fix the shower. He told us the price, and finished the work in about an hour.

They were very responsive and came by within an hour as opposed to the weeks that other plumbers were quoting. They managed to figure out the problems and were very reasonable in their charges. They even fixed some unrelated plumbing issues for us. I will be sure to use their service the next time we have problems.
