Jake was very responsive on providing a quote and scheduling and completing the drain stopper replacement. The quote was very competitive w/ other options, and the turn-aroud time (18 hours from initial contact to completed repair) was exceptional. Jake also addressed a minor toilet issue at no charge, and he can provide digital invoicing and payment to make the entire transaction quick and seamless. Would not hesitate to use Jake & Diamond Jetting for future plumbing jobs.

This is a long over due review. I highly recommed Diamon Jetting. My husband arrange with Jake to install 5 new faucets, retrieved an reinstalled an older garbage disposal-saving us the cost of buying another . He did it all, efficiently, promptly and at a resonalble price. A few days later I asked him if he could replace the fflush valve etc of a toilet that wouldn't stop running and he made a separate trip for that. I also took advange of his pressure washing service for the garage as he has a great rig for that. And I;ll probably be calling him again for other work.

I have a bathtub drain leakage problem. Jake was very prompt and responsive. I helped and watched him closely, and his work is of high quality. The problem was much worst then first thought, but Jake stuck to his original quote and got the job completed. I had follow up questions, Jake still responded back promptly even after the payment has already paid.

We had Jake come out and fix a few different things in our new home, at first everything was great he was on top of everything the communication was perfect.

After he replaced our shower valve we noticed that the water was leaking on the back side of the wall, I immediately took a video and texted him asking when he could stop by to fix it for us, he responded that he would be out timely and would come the following morning around 8am. The following day was 4th of July so we told him it would be okay we could wait till Wednesday since the shower only leaked while it was being used and we understood it was a family day he mentioned either way he would come to fix the leak or let me know by 8am what day and time he would be coming by. On July 4th we waited for a message and nothing, my husband and I messaged him multiple times asking for an ETA and when we could expect him and he hasn't answered since. It seems like this company has a pattern on when things go bad they ghost the customers.

For someone who claims to be a ""professional"" company this is very unprofessional. Please be aware that if Jake does any plumbing and if anything goes wrong he will ghost you and leave you to figure it out. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
