I seldom write reviews, but I'll make an exception here. As a project inspector of 25 years, I know how rare it is to find a contractor that is both reliable and budget conscious. However, I've never had a better experience with a construction company than Diamond House. Their quality of workmanship and attention to detail is unsurpassed. They scheduled every visit, called ahead to let us know when a technician would be arriving, and always showed up on time. Everyone we interacted with (Archie, Josh, Ambry, Joe, Christian, and a couple others who's names I can't recall) were professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious that their work site is also their customer's home. They took the time to prepare each work area to keep messes to a minimum and cleaned up at the end of each day. Our outdated and water-damaged kitchen looks now like something you'd see in a magazine. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

This is my second experience with Diamond House, my water main had a leak and the pipes were about 70 years old and it was time to replace! There employees are very polite explains everything step by step. We will definitely continue to use Diamond house for all of our furniture business needs.

This company is great. Professional, polite. & efficient. They finished the job ahead schedule. MR. Ruml had them put in new flooring. They advised him of the type of flooring he should go with that would last & be durable. It looks fantastic. We would recommend them to everyone. We recently used Diamond House for our bathroom remodel and from the time we contacted this team until the completion we experienced nothing but professionalism. Ambree was great to work with in scheduling, pleasant with a can do attitude. The plumbers assigned to the task were Drew and Luis both were helpful in telling me what is happening and when. No project comes without opportunity and this project was no exception. The tub rough-in was especially difficult but this team never flinched, they worked together and with us to provide the solution. They care for their customers and that is demonstrated throughout the entire staff. They even offered me a membership for yearly inspections! Thank you and if you are looking to remodel or just need a plumbing service give these folks a try!

This Company is amazing,we needed to have an entire redrain done on the house,as well as both bathrooms remodeled, and a new kitchen.The workers put in long hours,and are very meticulous, making sure everything is done right.I will use them again.

The plumbing division of this firm is a complete fraud. Do not use them! I bought coupon offer good for $100. I had them come to my house to remove a broken kitchen sink faucet and install a new one I had purchased. The 'new' plumber arrived, took a look under my sink and said he needed to call his boss to get a price. He returned a minute later and told me the price. would be $645 less the $100 coupon. Needless to say I threw him out. Two days later a neighbor handyman came over and did the job for $30.

This company wants hundreds of dollars for an estimate. My wife was told it was a free estimate over the phone, then charged her 140$ to take a few photos and say they would be back tomorrow to finish the inspection for almost 300 more dollars before they give a quote. That money goes towards the overall price if you choose them to do the work. The serviceman who showed up was very nice and professional no complaints with him. I don't know how good there work is as I didn't hire them.
