Saul did a great job for me. He was very personable, explained everything very well and went above and beyond by installing a rain shower and even helping me with other tasks at my house. Unfortunately, it was a complicated job because my fixtures were old and incompatible with new parts, so it became a bigger job, took longer and cost me a lot more than I had hoped, but I am happy with the final result.

Both my bath tub and shower were totally reconstructed in less than 3 weeks. The project manager (Andrew) and the constructor (Juan) are fantastic guys; very professional, reliable and basically experts at what they do! The process and schedule went exactly as planned. First referred by Home Depot for a toilet install. They were responsive and kept me informed of scheduling. Called the day of installation to give a time estimate. Plumber was very nice and informative. After toilet installation I asked him to check out other plumbing problems which he did. Gave me an estimate and scheduled another visit and made agreed upon repairs.

From the very beginning, I could tell Diamond House Plumbing was different. I contact dozens of contractors a year for different projects and most of them don't even respond. Diamond House was very quick to respond by my preferred method of communication, was extremely professional from communication to appearance, and even lowered their quote to match another quote I had, because I wanted to work with Diamond House Plumbing instead. Our water main from the street was leaking by our front porch, flooding our yard. The first contractor I contacted wanted $11,000. Diamond House was about $6300. A third was $4300. Diamond House was the most professional out of the 3 so I asked if they could lower their quote a little because I wanted to work with them but a $2000 difference was too much to ignore. I didn't expect them to match, just wanted a bit lower price, but they freely matched the other quote. They were out the next day with a contract, and started work. Dylan and Fernando were really great to work with and I am happy with the work!

Thank you for showing up at the time that was discussed!! Scheduled time was 1100 am. He showed up at 1100 am on the dot. Punctuality is a plus with me!! Work was done in a timely manner! Cleaned up after himself. He wore a mask through to keep everyone safe! Thanks for all you do! Will look for them if I have any other plumbing needs.

I seldom write reviews, but I'll make an exception here. As a project inspector of 25 years, I know how rare it is to find a contractor that is both reliable and budget conscious. However, I've never had a better experience with a construction company than Diamond House. Their quality of workmanship and attention to detail is unsurpassed. They scheduled every visit, called ahead to let us know when a technician would be arriving, and always showed up on time. Everyone we interacted with (Archie, Josh, Ambry, Joe, Christian, and a couple others who's names I can't recall) were professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious that their work site is also their customer's home. They took the time to prepare each work area to keep messes to a minimum and cleaned up at the end of each day. Our outdated and water-damaged kitchen looks now like something you'd see in a magazine. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.
