We have a leak somewhere that is only detectable by moldy smell. Ulysses came out to do the initial investigation and was very thorough with checking everything inside and outside , turning off all water and monitoring water meter to determine that there is indeed a small leak. He was very helpful in explaining this first step and then next step for further detection.

Ulysses was very professional and helpful in explaining process for detecting and potential root causes based on age of home and plumbing back in 1980s construction.

I will definitely follow up with Diamond House Plumbing for next step. The cost for this initial visit was very reasonable.

Originally called to inspect the sewer line to the street. Done and found be fine. I mentioned a strange water pressure problem and they immediately indicated it was likely a pressure regulator problem, checked it, replaced it and the pressure variation is fixed. Also mentioned that we had a noisy garbage disposal. ""It sounds like it's dying."" Checked it and they agreed and they came back in 3 days to replace it. Finished in no time at all. Quite satisfied with all they did.

Wow is all I can say! I call yesterday and spoke with a kind lady that took my info and said she would pass it along to one of the Formans who would return my call either later that day or the following day. She was spot on, I got the call midday. I spoke with Joshua and he was really patient and answered all my questions. I'm new to the septic tank system so had a lot of questions. I was installing a hot water heater at my home and was stumped with a valve replacement. I called Diamond House and they had a plumber out to my house within hours on a Friday evening. The tech Saul was super helpful and even assisted in installing the hot water heater after he completed the valve replacement that he was called out for. Great company and great tech. Got a Groupon offer for $37 for $100 of services to use with Diamond House Plumbing. My toilet flapper was leaking water and the flushmaster arm seemed to have a hard time filling up the toilet. I didn't know how to buy the parts so I thought I'd use this Groupon which was the perfect option. I called Diamond House set up an appointment, which went well, they were on time, and did the inspection on various things in our house, that took 15 minutes. Then they went out to their truck to make the estimate which took 30 minutes. At this point we called the company to ask what they were doing that was taking so long. So they came back in and told us that we had 2 Options:
1. Approximately $600 to replace the whole toilet.
2. Approximately $500 for parts and labor.
Which we could not afford either one of those offers so we declined.
That very next weekend it just so happened that my brother in law was in town. He looked at the toilet and saw that the flapper was warped and the flushmaster needed to be replaced. So he went to Home Depot picked up the parts that was less than $20 and took him 15 minutes to fix. My brother in law is not a plumber he is a cable man haha but as you can see this company will rip you off.

Where do I begin? We recently purchased a home and septic had to be replaced. The owner at the time and escrow company contacted Diamond and they completed the septic replacement for $32,000.
Prior to buying the home we obviously did a walk through. At the time the yard had dead grass that can easily be revived. It also had a working sprinkler system. Upon completion of the septic, the yard was absolutely destroyed. It was not leveled, nor graded. The grass it had is now rocks and dirt. Sprinklers are out of the ground. The concrete driveway is now broken. They also left loads of gravel (that was not there before) on the driveway!
I reached out to Diamond and expressed my concerns and was asking if they can send someone to GRADE REMOVE THE GRAVEL AND LEVEL. At first they were courteous and willing to help. I sent them pictures of the yard and ACKNOWLEDGED they had not done the work correctly.
FAST FORWARD to a few weeks. My patience was low and needed the issue resolved. The young lady at the front desk was given the task of handling my dilemma but I felt she was not capable of doing so. At this time I requested to speak with the owner to get my matter asap. She refused. After calling back a few more times I finally received an appointment for someone to go and level and complete the other problems. (Which I thought)
Upon getting to the property I noticed an individual in the backyard with a rake. He confirmed he was from Diamond. At this point my patience was non existent. How can a company like Diamond send someone with a rake to level this huge yard?! As I'm talking to this guy I expressed my concern that the person who did the job did not do it correctly. The gentleman then responded ""I did this work"" At that point, I realized Diamond sent back the same exact guy who left the job site looking shitty. How can someone who left it shitty go back and fix his ""mistakes"" This is the same person who left the job site thinking he did a great job! Unbelievable!!! During the conversation I walked inside the home, not knowing to the gentleman the window was open and could clearly hear him talking shit to the office. I went back outside and the guy and his rake were gone. NOT COMPLETING THE JOB AGAIN.
I reached out to the office very upset. I was being an angry customer with all means. I might have offended the young lady but never said any derogatory to her. The only thing I wanted was for them to fix the issues. After a few minutes she hung up on me purposely. A few minutes later some clown by the name of Josh a called me back. He completely went off and said not to call his office again because I was being rude. He told me he was not gonna fix shit and he was going to have his attorney sue me if I call back. The guy thought he was doing something good by flexing his authority in front of the office ladies. Josh should have got involved sooner and not run away from issues he has with customers. Instead he had the ladies handle the angry customer. Not sure what his position there was but if he has no clue how to handle angry customers. Instead he was telling off someone who has the ability to blast his business through every social media platform. Instead he took the other road and decided to make this tougher. Word of advice to Josh. Handle customers if you think they are being tough with the ladies at the office. Stop hiding behind them and only come through when they took all the heat. They deserve a raise for using them as a shield. Real tough.

The story does not have a happy ending. Diamond will destroy the yard at any cost! They charged an 80 year lady $32000 dollars and did not finish the work. They took advantage of the situation. The old lady was alone and did not know better. All I asked from them was to grade,level, and remove the rock they left. Pleas do not hire DIAMOND. They act really nice and friendly but will have you kick rocks when shit hits the fan.

Josh, take your balls back. I called you back so we can have a civil conversation man to man but you never returned my call. Are you waiting for your staff to call me back?
