During American Residential Funding & Investments, he specialized in restoring and providing affordable homes for first-time buyers. He skillfully helped families in achieving the dream of owning a home with more than 85 restoration efforts he facilitated.

Back in 2014, he chose to focus his skills in the service industry exclusively on plumbing and initiated partnering with several SoCal plumbing firms. By January 2016, Mr. Lillie opened Diamond Fox Plumbing & Rooter.
