They have developed a prosperous service enterprise. Jonathan, their son, has been part of the company since he was 12. He has a deep understanding of HVAC systems and considerable plumbing skills. We will keep this business in the family to maintain our core values, integrity, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Since the age of 12, Jonathan Marquez has worked for his parents' business. Starting as a ride-along with his dad, he progressed from shop helper to installer, then to service tech, and ultimately to General Manager. Jono has built a large base of repeat clients due to his exceptional customer service abilities and aims to deliver the highest quality work. In his free time, Jono enjoys hockey, snowboarding, sports, and spending quality time with friends and family.

IF THERE IS A NEGATIVE RATING SCALE AVAILABLE, I will give Dial One Sonshine the lowest negative rating on the scale. The shadiest company I have ever done business with. Do not call them for services. You will be scammed indefinitely! In August 2022, I contacted Dial One Sonshine because the unit in my house is still under warranty with the company from the previous owner. They repeatedly said they needed to evaluate before they could give me an estimate. I was already suspicious to hear about this. However, I needed to determine if the unit was still under warranty, so I agreed to schedule the diagnostic evaluation appointment.

On August 9, 2022, the technician (Oscar Campuzano) came out and conducted the diagnostic evaluation. I paid an $89.00 diagnostic fee that was supposed to apply toward the total repair cost. Oscar said he couldn't fix the issue because he needed to order a part and told me it would arrive within 3-7 business days. Additionally, Oscar said he would inform me the next day regarding the order status. I didn't hear from him or the company, so I contacted the company for the next few weeks throughout August and September and was given the run-around every single time. Whoever I spoke with last always said someone would get back to me. NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE!

Even today (11/20/2022), I still haven't heard from anyone. I gave up. This is the first negative review I have written regarding my experiences with doing business. This is very sad as I read a review regarding Dial One Sonshine also trying to scam a 92-year-old grandma. Bottomline, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Dial One Sonshine!

I do not recommend this company. My AC stopped blowing cold air. I had just received a coupon from ""Dial One Sonshine"" in the mail for $100 dollars off of any service. I saw they had decent ratings and I decided to give them a shot. They arrived, one tech climbed up on the roof, said he needed to call his supervisor. Then the second tech arrived and said our system is shot and needs a complete replacement to the tune of $14K. Huh? We just replaced it 8 years ago, it should last 11 - 15?!

They charged us $89 for the visit. I asked for a complete and detailed estimate... and never received it. I received an invoice for the visit.

I called a second company. They came out and fixed our system for $300. They said the fuses were removed and that someone had released the coolant from the system. The cap was off?! They replaced the fuses and added coolant and did some maintenance stuff.

Now I'm not accusing ""Dial One"" of doing this... BUT you would think they would have noticed that the fuses were missing and the coolant was drained. The AC unit is not exposed to the public, it's on our roof. And isn't super bizzare that we received this coupon the same week that our AC went down, out of the blue?

I called Dial One Sonshine and talked to a manager and I complained about it to him, he apologized and said he would give us a refund and was going to ""check into it"". We never heard back from them again. This was several months ago. I waited... and now I'm leaving an honest review.

Stay away from these people. I can't trust this kind of business practices. At least return the call. Two thumbs down for this franchise, period.

Osvaldo and Joel came out for an AC maintenance. They explained they found a problem that could have caused a lot of damage if not repaired. I appreciate their thoroughness in the inspection. Matt and Chris came out the following week for the repairs. I have confidence they did a fine job and assured me I can call if I have any problems. I've had Dial One Sonshine do a lot of work on my condo and I've been very pleased. Thank you Osvaldo, Joel, Matt and Chris for a fine job.

The Dial One Sonshine technician charged me $375.95 for a 45MF Running Capacitor as the test shows 41MF which is lower than the +/- 5% rating. I was given the impression that it may fail soon anytime if I don't replace it. and so I agreed to have it replaced. I later checked the market price of the capacitor and found that it is less than $20. The price given by the technician is just the part cost as the cost of labor is covered by the service call.
I called their office for there could be an error. I was given a run around answer.
I then called the owner who told me in short that that was the cost of busines. $20 cost of part would go up to $375!!! wow!!
i don't know, I think I got scammed.
Watch out guys when you call these outfit. You'll be offered a discount but somehow they'll kill you somewhere.

I have been a customer of Dial One for over ten years. Their service was great in the beginning and I have had no problem with the scheduling or on-time arrival of techs. However, in the past few years, I felt that each service call was getting more and more expensive, and chose to have my AC & hot water heater replaced by different vendors. Recently, Jeromey from Dial One came to do a routine maintenance on my 2-year old water heater. This service exceeded my expectations. Jeromey was very thorough, clearly explained everything that was done, and made suitable recommendations without any pressure.
