We had a fantastic experience. Mike was super flexible. We put in a new technology and we love it. It's a huge difference. The old equipment was loud, inefficient, gas burning....... the new system is very electricity efficient and it came with Southern California Edison energy rebate.

We've had them service our home needs multiple times and not only are they fast, but they are efficient and very knowledgeable of their craft. We've had the pleasure of using Dial One a few times and every time we have had nothing but great things to say about them. For me, I love that I am given options of what I can do to remedy the situation with upfront pricing so I can decide how much I'm spending. I have had experiences with both Mike and Scott and they have been fantastic! The owner George was very helpful over the phone and even came to the job site to check on the progress which I appreciated.

I live in Lakewood, CA. Years ago I called Schilling to repair my AC unit. It was cooling OK, but the compressor was making a strange noise. The repairman determined a relay was bad and proceeded to replace the relay. It turned out the repairman was new and miswired the relay. His coworker repairman were watching him work. When he turn on power to the compressor a loud buzzing started. The coworkers yelled for the repairman to turn off power, but he refused and continued to troubleshoot. After 10 seconds the buzzing stopped. The coworkers left quietly, knowing he just burned out the compressor motor. I called George and told him what happened. After days of back and forth calls George said the compressor just happened to die at that moment and he wouldn't take responsibility. I was stuck without AC until I paid $7000 to replace the system by a reputable service company. I can understand a new repairman making a mistake, but it is George's responsibility to cover the cost's of his employees' mistakes. I am a very dissatisfied customer and want other customers looking for AC service to use caution when selecting a service company.

Bad. Bad. Bad.
These guys damaged my working AC compressor during a capacitor replacement. Then the boss says it died on its own. This all happened as I and 4 of his repairmen watched. Boss never made good on it. Cost me $7000 to replace the AC system by a reputable AC repair company. Jerks!

I'm downgrading my review to one star. They charged me a ton to repair my unit after I only had it for about 2 years. I've had other hvac companies charge me much less for higher quality work and products.

Great service. Mike was very kind to go to my rental unit, evaluated the issue, provided a reasonable estimate with crisp clear explanation of what the issue was. He was able to install the new unit in a timely manner without any issues. My tenants are happy with the AC units installed. What I particularly liked is that the manager or owner I believe (George) stopped by twice to inspect the work and make sure all is good. Definitely showed dedication to excellence!
I would definitely recommend them without any hesitation.
The icing in the cake was that Mike and I shared the same DOB. Cheers!

Today is Labor Day. Our AC system was not getting power. Called Dial One Schilling. Even though today is a holiday their technician said he was in the area and would be right over. Five minutes later he arrived. Within 15 minutes he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. Superb service & technical knowledge. I highly recommend Dial One Schilling.

Dial one came out to do my AC check up, clean out everything then they found a contractor that was going bad allegedly Scott said it's a $350 to replace (system has been running perfectly) I said ok he replaced it. I did research for part most expensive part I found was $15 called Dial One after looking online for part to find out how much is the labor part was replaced in less the 15 min, person on phone would not comment on how much they charge per hour until the paper work comes in. Feeling ripped off right now, will follow up on Monday. Next time having them come out when I am not working so I can do research on replacement parts before having them replace it.

My follow up Spoke to the owner George today 06/17/2019 I explain and ask how his employees come up with the price for the job? He could not give me an answer. He did agree that Scott over priced the job done and George offered to refund me 20% I said yes please but still wanted to know how the priced $350 for a part that cost $15 and 15 min to install. George said he would need to speak with Scott to find out.

The reason I'm upset and writing this review is because last year they did a repair that I paid $3400.00 to fix my AC. I sure that was way over priced. Feeling robbed! They will not be coming to my house any more.
