I had an old HVAC system that needed replaced. They came out in a fast manner that surprised me. They looked at my old system and said whoever purchased this, it was too small. That's why my electric bills were so high (it was a 3 ton and I needed a 5 ton for my 2600 sq ft house). They orded it and it took only a few days. They brought a whole crew and not only put the unit in but also, a new plenum and new duct work. They did a wonderful job. They also installed a new thermostat. The system works great. They are wonderful to work with and they listen to what you have to say. The prices are great. I highly recommend this company .

We live in an older home and noticed our electronic bill drastically increasing due to the AC constantly running. I called Dial One and someone came out quickly! He walked me through different options and helped me select the best option for my home and budget. They were able to schedule me in for a new unit within a few days. The technicians who came to do the installation were great! They talked me through what they were doing along the process and made sure I knew how to use the new thermostat. My experience was fantastic and stress free. I highly recommend Dial one for AC services. I've used Dial one for plumbing services before and can say that the plumbing services are equally fantastic. The company really cares about their customers and they always do an amazing job at a reasonable price.

We have a home warranty but we had to wait several days for our appointment. I was getting nervous about all the noises I was hearing from my water heater. I began looking for a company that could come out right away and advise whether I could wait for the appointment or if we were in the middle of an 'emergency'.
I appreciated the speed of their response which was less than 15 minutes. I also appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. They ended up telling me that I could wait for the warranty appointment and made me feel better about my water heater not causing some calamity in my home.

Had a toilet leaking from the seal for a while and it eventually ruined the flange. Sure I could have repaired it myself for a fraction of what it cost to pay a plumber, but I have a bad back, so I decided I'd rather pay someone else to do it. I know plumbers aren't cheap, but it is what it is. Called Dial One Johnson to do the job. Everything went smooth. They answer the phones quickly, scheduling was flexible, they showed up promptly, they were professional and safe (wore masks and advised they were vaccinated), they worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Total for toilet and flange was 885. Expensive, but I am very happy with the work they did and would definitely use them again.

Brian H was my technician. They replaced my bathtub and surrounding wall.They did an amazing job. Brian was transparent and very knowledgeable in explaining the plan upfront. If there were any variations that he would need to make, he made me aware of them prior to completion. Everyone was very professional. I was impressed with the correspondence with the office staff (Andy) and the technicians. They always informed the customer of any schedule changes. I would definitely recommend this company!

I had issues wtih pipes bursting in wall since July 2018. Pipe burst again for 4th time yesterday. Today Dial 1 came out again and gave me a complete new manifold. Apparently my house built in 2006 had substandard piping and the city had my water coming to the house at 100 psi which is way over the pressure needed to supply my house and that is why pipes kept bursting. Daniel the supervisor took $1000.00 off of the bill and Curley the plumber installed a pressure gauge and the new manifold. He had to dig in my yard to complete the job. Thank you so much for taking care of my plumbing issues.

These guys are great! Got home from the hospital to plumbing problems. They mde sure I could rest easy by givin me a reasonable up front estimate. In a few minutes I was good to go! They were just what the dotor ordered and enabled me to be able to rest easy as i recuperated! Thanks guys!

Our Plumber was Brian. While my father was on vacation we discovered a gas leak, after calling the gas company, who came quickly and found three leaks, we call Dial One Johnson Plumbing. They sent Brian to fix our problem. He fixed the three leaks by replacing three valves and hoses. We ask if he could look at a stopped up bathtub. As he was trying to unstop the tub he found that the pipe under the house were rotted out. In fact after he got under the house he found several pipes and joints in the same condition. It took him several days to fix the piping and tub fixtures. Brian was always courteous and friendly. He apologized frequently for the inconveniences he was creating. Brian was a clean freak, always very concerned about messing up the house. In fact before he left for the last time he went around the house making sure he had not left anything that needed to be cleaned up. The price seemed a little high but for the time he was on the job (about 17-18 hours) it was OK.
