We had a new washer and dryer coming and discovered that the hot water connection was frozen and couldn't be shut off. Also, the cold water connection was installed upside down. We called Kevin on a Sunday afternoon and he showed up at our home about 90 minutes later. He was able to complete the job in under 30 minutes and left everything in good order. I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin and Diablo Rooter to our friends and family.

I've called this guy 3 times within the past few years and he's always friendly, polite, and fix any problems I've had. I've had some pretty bad plumbing issues in my home and Kevin can fix it with no mess or faults coming into play. Kevin was extremely helpful and got my kitchen sink working with out any extra problem coming up. On top of that he was very knowledgeable about how I can better prevent other issues with my plumbing for coming up. Definitely will keep using this guy for any future repairs.

Kevin Is amazing! We have a shower valve that broke and tried replacing it ourselves. Let me tell you it is more difficult than you think! Kevin came to our rescue though! He worked with us to come at a time that worked best for us and where he didn't have to work too late. We called him on a Tuesday and he was out here the next day on Wednesday! You never get anyone out here that fast! Very helpful. Very kind. And very trustworthy. He is an honest man who is not going to nickle and dime you. A real old school gentleman. Like those men you see in movies nowadays! He even took a look at our water heater which we thought was bad but he let us know not yet! Kevin is the kind of man you want to call when you are in a plumbing problem and want to know you are in the best possible hands. I would recommend him to everyone and call him when my water heater is out.
