I have used Kevin before. At first I couldn't remember who I used but I found my reviews from 2012 and I'm so glad I did. He came out early this morning. He fixed what I needed, and a few other things that I had him look st. He is very knowledgeable and super friendly. A real people person. Great customer service and his prices are very reasonable.

We are in the process of purchasing a new washing machine. Yesterday it was to be delivered, however, when the deliverymen tried to turn off the faucet to the existing washer it was frozen. They said that we needed to call a plumber to fix the faucet before they could install the washer. I got on the phone and started calling plumbers in our area and every one of them couldn't come out for one to two weeks. Then I called Diablo Rooter and told Kevin about my problem. He said he, too, was booked, but since I lived nearby we was willing to come over at 7AM the next day if that would work for us. It did! He came and installed two new faucets in our laundry area and was done in about a half hour. His rate was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Kevin has been our plumber for at least 7 years for projects ranging from replacing the water heater and installing new toilets to dealing with the occasional (including today) drain back up that occurs when too much stuff goes through our garbage disposal into our ancient undersized drain pipes. Kevin is a very nice guy. My kitchen sink was backed up and I needed someone out to fix it ASAP. I left a message for him and he called me back within 5 minutes. I highly recommend Kevin at Diablo Rooter. Kevin is honest, professional, efficient, and fair-priced. Kevin called me back within 15 minutes of my initial call (at 5:30PM). He was in the area and was able to drop by. Within 10 minutes he fixed my tub faucet issue. He came back the next morning to install a sewer overflow preventer and main water line valve. Two other plumbers have yet to call me back!

Don't bother searching for or comparing other plumbers. Diablo Rooter demonstrates the way business should be done.

We are so thrilled to have found Diablo Rooter! Called Kevin on a Sunday afternoon with a sewer backup; he came out within an hour or so, sooner than he anticipated. Quickly cleaned out the clog. Kevin is professional yet friendly and we will definitely be keeping his card handy! Our neighbor came over and was impressed also; he had paid much more recently. This neighborhood is a Diablo Rooter neighborhood now!

We had tree roots in our pipes causing a blockage Kevin was able to come out a snake it out in less than an hour supper kind, professional and reasonable prices.
