Kevin Is amazing! We have a shower valve that broke and tried replacing it ourselves. Let me tell you it is more difficult than you think! Kevin came to our rescue though! He worked with us to come at a time that worked best for us and where he didn't have to work too late. We called him on a Tuesday and he was out here the next day on Wednesday! You never get anyone out here that fast! Very helpful. Very kind. And very trustworthy. He is an honest man who is not going to nickle and dime you. A real old school gentleman. Like those men you see in movies nowadays! He even took a look at our water heater which we thought was bad but he let us know not yet! Kevin is the kind of man you want to call when you are in a plumbing problem and want to know you are in the best possible hands. I would recommend him to everyone and call him when my water heater is out.

Kevin is a consummate professional. He showed up on a Sunday just two hours after we called. He was polite, respectful, and was in and out with problem solved in under half an hour. We paid a pittiance of what we had feared to pay when our sewer line clogged up. I will call him again in an instant if I have any other issues in the future.

We called Kevin after I exhausted my limited knowledge about plumbing. He asked if I comfortable with tools, was able to give me some troubleshooting tips over the phone after hearing what my problem was (mind you he was on his way to somebody else's service call). After giving me a pretty rock solid pointer, he told me to give it a try real quick but to call him right back with how it turned out. I found the issue, put everything back together, and fired it back up to find the appliance working flawlessly. Kevin appreciated the call back and we enjoyed a neighbor who truly helped us out in a tight spot! We hope not to have any more plumbing issues any time soon, but we won't hesitate to give Diablo Rooter a call at the first sign of plumbing problems. Thanks again Kevin for all the help!

From start to finish he was superb; whether it's his professionalism and patience on the phone (which by the way he literally answered each time I called) or to showing up on time or returning calls as promised or doing the repair work for very reasonable prices to being extremely thorough in his work.

I have never had such a positive experience with a licensed contractor. Our evening was ruined when our valve stem in the shower/bath broke in the ""on"" position. We called multiple plumbers and no one had availability. One recommended Kevin. I called left him a message and he called back within 10 minutes. He said he had a full day but could see what he could do. Our 2 y/o gets us up early and Kevin was kind enough to start his day earlier. About an hour later Kevin called me, excited he might have a fix that would enable us to get the shower to turn off so we could have water overnight. This morning he was so quick, kind, and reasonable. Our particular part has a lifetime warranty and he told us how to get it replaced to save us $70 in parts. We've all heard the dreaded emergency plumber stories in terms of price gouging and Kevin was so reasonable in what he charged.

Kevin was called in the morning along with numerous other plumbing companies. Kevin called back promptly. One person responded with a ""sorry I can't talk now"" text and one call really increased the price to twice as much as Kevin for a starting price. Not only did Kevin respond quickly, he took his time explaining what might be needed, stating he had a new toilet with him if I needed it. He quoted half as much as the one company. That one company even stated that if I wanted/needed a new toilet, I would have to get it myself and bring it home. Kevin was able to squeeze me in today. He was personable, efficient, and cleaned up after himself. He gave me a bolt cover for free and fixed a hot water problem (some plumber had mixed up the hot water with cold and vise versa in my shower) for no additional cost. I am really impressed that there are still people that still have good work ethics and aren't just out for the almighty buck! Thank you Kevin! I will use you next time I need a plumber.
