Rick came out and solved a very unconventional problem that had existed for years in just a matter of hours. He was unrelenting and very creative. Also very pleasant to work with. We have also loved working with Diablo Plumbing and they will always be our go to plumbers for both locations of our business.
Michael V.The past week, my sewer main at my home in concord plugged up. I called Diablo and they cleared it that night! That you again Diablo
Man...this place is the worst. I don't know how they get so many good reviews. My experience was terrible.
I would never use Diablo again, and I recommend anyone looking for a plumber to not use this service.
The plumbers are pretty good, but management and customer service is terrible.
Koji I.Warning - Use Diablo at your own risk.
Day 1 - $300 fee
Tenant: ""There may be a leak in our unit that could be causing damage to the unit below""
Diablo tech: ""It may be this kitchen faucet, but the leak is very minor and I doubt it would cause whats happening to the unit below. I'll fix it anyway (1 wrench twist to tighten). Did you run your washing machine sometime in the past 24 hours?""
Tenant: ""Yes""
Diablo tech did not walk the 5 steps to even look at the washing machine and left.
Day 2 - $300 fee
Tenant - ""Something in our unit is still leaking""
Different Diablo tech - ""It's your washing machine.""
Tenant - ""Oh.....""
Different Diablo tech - ""We don't do any service on appliance issues. Have a nice day.""
Day 2 was completely unnecessary, however, Diablo management thinks differently and will not budge on the unnecessary service fees for Day 2.
Obviously customer service/satisfaction is not a high priority for Diablo Plumbing.
Homeowners you have been warned.
Larry M.Rick was great. He explained over the phone what he might need to do when he got here. We needed the sewer line cleared, and we did not know if we had a clean-out. He came on the hottest day of the year, and dug in the record-breaking heat until he found the clean-out. Great explanations, courteous and dedicated to getting the job done right. We'll hire him for other plumbing work in the future.
Highly recommend Diablo Plumbing. Danny knows what he's doing and does it efficiently and performs quality work. He had to fix issues in both faucets in the kitchen and the bathroom that was previously worked on by a handyman. Lesson learned. I will use Diablo Plumbing from now on!
Diablo Plumbing has been helping me with plumbing issues for over 20 years.. Rick and Danny are knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and professional . Office staff is always pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Diablo Plumbing for any plumbing needs.
The prices they charge are extraordinarily high for our business and they charge for every little thing. They are not very efficient as when they were trying to fix leaks below our restaurant and charged us OVER $1500 for a routine fix that i later had to get re-repaired by another plumbing company that did it for less than $600 and did it in half the time. I also suspect them of charging for bids and also with working with our landlord to charge out any repair work before we can even get a fair comparison. I DEFINITELY do NOT recommend this plumbing company EVER. We will never use them again.
Hilary O.Our friends recommended Diablo Plumbing and we were very happy when they were able to come out right away and fix a leak we had discovered in our bathroom ceiling the night before. Danny quickly figured out where the leak was coming from and fixed it. He explained everything thoroughly and left the bathroom just as he had found it. We were very happy with our repair and we will definitely call Diablo next time we have a plumbing issue.
I have used Diablo Plumbing for many years. The technicians are always very helpful and friendly. I am disappointed, however, because the company has implemented a new policy charging for travel. I was not made aware of this policy before my most recent service call. I live in Livermore; the company is located in Pleasanton. They attempted to charge me for thirty minutes of travel since the technician came from Brentwood. This business model is illogical. Does this mean if my neighbors were scheduled for identical service right after me, they would only be charged for the time it took the technician to walk across the street? If the technician had come from Antioch, would I be charged for an hour of travel even though I called a company located 15 minutes away? The new policy creates an inequity of service value. The office staff gladly reversed the charge; however, I can see how this might be problematic in the future. Otherwise, the technicians are great and provide good service.
