I'm beyond Happy with my new Kitchen !! I signed with Peter in October and was told about 6 weeks for my cabinets. I was told I'd get a timeline and it was amazing. Completely laid out with what to expect each day and they never missed a day. The team was so professional From Peter , George , Victor , and Guillermo. DIA coordinated everything perfectly including Frontline Electrics and Tony the Plumber and the girls in the office. They even told me what day to get my floors and my painting done. The project started on 11/28 and was done as planned a day early on December 22nd. 3 weeks which included demolishing my wall and moving plumbing and electric. They even made me a custom liquor cabinet they way i wanted it. They tented my kitchen area so there was very little mess and they cleaned up every night when finished. I interviewed 6 companies and DIA was referred by a friend who I trusted and I'm beyond Happy that we chose them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They will definitely be doing my 3 bathrooms next.

Simply horrible. They started out great, but quickly went downhill. I wouldn't recommend them at all. So many issues. Communication was horrible. I regret ever settling foot in the showroom. First the tile was installed incorrectly in the shower stall. We expressed this and basically we're told we did not know what we were talking about. Victor said what we were asking could NOT be done. He wanted to change the whole plan. We said just do it correctly. Diego did a fantastic job correcting the mistake. The guys came to measure for the glass door and scratched the ENTIRE threshold. It had to be replaced. Victor told us to go buy a new threshold and we would be reimbursed. We payed a lot of money for the remodel and did NOT think it our job to get this. Makes no sense. The guys finally came to install the glass door and walls and did it WRONG!!!!! We called Victor and complained. He said it would be another week, and No they could NOT get it done sooner!!!! It has been over a week and they have NOT called or returned our call. This is horrible customer service and I will be contacting the BBB. Please do not use them ever!!!!!

Hurricane Dorian was on it's way and we were sleeping for the first time in our newly renovated house. Thoughts of disaster flowed through my mind. """"What if it hits us just after we spent all this money to renovate?"""" As it turned out, Dorian viered North just as it was at the West Palm Beach level. Thank God! Thanks to the wonderful job that DIA did, we ended up having a """"stay-cation."""" I tried my new spa for the first time. It was wonderful once I figured out how to get the hot water to work. The power never went off, so I cooked my first meal in my new kitchen. We were able to store lots of water in our beautiful new refrigerator. Many, many thanks go out to Peter, George and their contractors for a job well done. Instead of six weeks, it ended up taking over 7 months, but the wait was well worth it. Contracting permits in Palm Beach County took forever and it wasn't DIA's fault. Whenever we had a question, they were there to answer it or to resolve a problem. George and Peter love what they do and it shows in their work. Once the inspectors came, the work was passed the first time. It was an adventure doing a renovation, and well worth it. I feel like I have a brand new home! We were able to stay in our East Boca location for a fraction of the cost of buying a new house. Now my mother-in-law has her own bedroom and bath and I have a new kitchen and spa. We absolutely love it! It was the best decision we ever made although it wasn't as fast as HGTV. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
