My experience with DI has been built up over several years. Sales orientated (quotes are over priced, with unnecessary charges, and an eagerness to get the most out of their clients rather than be fair). Weak operations and sporadic service (quality of work and client relations).

I hired Dialed in Repairs to install a TV mount on my living room wall. The whole experience was great. They came on time, consulted with me about exactly where I wanted it, and got the job done quickly. I also appreciated that they were very careful about not dirtying anything in my apartment, took off shoes coming in, and put down a protective cover on the floor so that my carpet was kept clean during installation. They were also very patient with my dog bothering them. Would definitely hire them again.

Dialed In Repairs has been my go-to General Contractor for over a year. They have been very knowledgeable and responsive to all my concerns. Dialed In Repairs has also served as our onsite maintenance staff through our business to business relationship which began in late 2018.

Their emergency response time is nearly immediate (within reasonable time to allow for commute to work site). Work performed ranges from plumbing and electrical to wall repairs, etc.

Highly recommend for one-time repairs or ongoing projects.

The owner of my building requested a quote for a renovation of one of the units. A young guy named , Aidan, came by to give is a work estimate. He immediately recommended replacing the hardwood floors. Both the owner and I, the resident manager said we wanted to keep the floors and have them refinished. We walked through several other areas that need repairing and a ballpark number of about $50-60k was raised.

We never received a quote from Aidan. We called multiple times and we never heard back on even other basic repairs. I called just now, and got voice mail again.

I've done work for this guy. his attention to detail unsurpassed by any contractor I've worked for. We redid a condo got it ready to sell. And there must have been 100 odds and ends that were messed up with this place. Him and is crew handled it efficiently and perfectly. He met the ridiculous deadline. Place look amazing. if you want to get your place ready to sell this is the man. Handled everything from flooring electrical plumbing paint lighting cabinetry etc etc. one company to handle everything.
