Very responsive. Only reason why 4 stars is the job seemed rushed. Did I want to get it done fast, yes. But a lot of corners were cut. In the end, the job looks ok and it saved me a lot of work.

What top notch team of professionals. Everyone I interacted with, from the scheduling of my request all the way through to the actual repair, were all communicative, friendly and just really good at what they do. I asked if they can help install an exterior door into a pretty tight frame and they got it done so efficiently. Brian even gave me some good tips on how he does door installs in case I plan to do any door installs in my house in the future. I would definitely go back to them for any repairs needed . I requested an estimate to remodel a bathroom. I received a call almost immediately and spoke with Ty. I sent a few photos and he said he would call me back in 30 minutes after he spoke with his boss. His boss had a meeting he had to attend and Ty called me within the 30 min to let me know his boss was not available at the moment but he would let me know once he had cleared the estimate with him. Ty called me the same day, early evening with a few questions about my renovation. He then let me know he would have an estimate for me by the next morning. The next morning my estimate was in my email. Ty followed up with every call/question I had within an hour. He was very attentive, professional and very engaged and I couldn't be happier with his excellent customer service. I have not hired a contractor yet but DI Repairs has given me the best estimate so far. After reading the 2 star review above, I have to say....someone is listening!!! I'll be back with another review if I hire them.

Can't attest to how this companies workmanship is. But that's because after they came to my house and took measurements for a project their communication pretty much dropped to nothing. I gave up on them after two unanswered emails. I really do not appreciate having my time wasted. So be forewarned that if your trying to get an estimate for work to be done have a back up plan.
