This company is a sub contractor to our community builder.

They are terrible. First they installed my shower head 76 inches high and my mom's 83 inches high. She is 5'3"" and can't reach it to adjust it.

Second, they installed the toilets and they rock so they cut up PVC pipe to ""set"" them instead of using plumbing shims.

Then they didn't caulk the toilets. A reputable plumber told me to call the county inspector and let them see it.

In many of the faucets they installed they left off the bottoms that day which way hot and cold are so there is just a hole where they go.

And one of our sinks has no cold water. The just didn't hook it up.

We have no water pressure for our jacuzzi tip and the hot water is cold before it fills up.

If you have a choice don't use them. If your builder does I would find another builder. This company won't come out and fix their shoddy work.
