I thought I left Danny a review in the past, but I guess it was somehow overlooked

I met Danny about five years ago when he was first launching his own business after working for another plumbing buddy of mine.

House a handyman business owner myself as well as a property manager he is the only one I trust.

I can't say enough great things about DG Plumbing! This locally owned and operated family business in Martinez is hands down the best in the area for both commercial and residential plumbing.

A huge shoutout to Danny, the technician, who is truly a master of his craft. He is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right the first time. His expertise and attention to detail are unmatched!

And let's not forget Crystal in the office--she is an absolute gem! From the moment I called, she was friendly, organized, and incredibly helpful. She made scheduling a breeze and kept me updated every step of the way. Her customer service is top-notch, and it's clear she genuinely cares about the customers.

I had a great experience with DG Plumbing. When I discovered my water heater leaking Danny came by with in 10 minutes of me calling w an S.O.S. and showed me where the shut off valve was (it was hidden).
He was able to return to replace it the following morning. His service was prompt, and the price was in line with other estimates I had. He ran into some issues making it a more difficult job than expected but he did it all with a smile on his face.He was a pleasure to deal with.

We had a very noisy old water heater. After talking to Danny, we decided to get a new water heater. There was no pressure, he offered to clean it out, but how long that would have worked was unknown. He was honest and did a thorough removal of the water heater and replaced old connectors. I would not hesitate to call him in the future. We were very happy with the job.

Danny was amazing! My old pipes busted and I decided it was time to get my water lines redone. He got me scheduled right away so I didn't have to go without water long. He was very patient and knowledge answering all my questions. He was so much easier to communicate with compared to a few other places I had called prior. I am so happy I decided to go with him, everything turned out awesome and he was more than fair when it came to pricing! I would definitely recommend him!!!!!

I wish I never hired this unprofessional plumber!!
I found him on nextdoor somehow and he quoted me $550 to replace a toilet and said it would take 30 mns to one hour to do the job.
He kept changing the time of his arrival saying he did not sleep at night because of his baby who kept him up.
He imposed on me his 8 am arrival time and then he changed the time to 10:30 am...he arrived 15 mns late and was acting like he wanted to do the job very quickly and just collect the cash! he said he preferred cash and that I would be charged $50 more if I did not pay him cash.
He came in and took the old toilet out and replace it with a new one and left in 10 minutes! No explanation, no eye contact...just telling me he had 8 other jobs lining up like mine! Obviously in a RUSH!!
I did not go back to the office that day. The following morning my whole carpet was soaked!! the water was dripping from the angle stop and when I called him, he replied he was out of town. So he could not care less! Started to say he was not responsible for other failing parts! that he did the job he was paid for (replace the toilet) and nothing else! I had to pay another plumber to come ($265 an hour!) and estimate what happened and he said that Danny did not connect the supply line to the toilet and that is why it flooded my office!
I am so angry at this plumber! He could have come back and fix it/finish the job properly but he didnt!!!

I will complain at the Contractor State License board, he needs to be reported!

Stay away from DG PLUMBING/Danny Gianini !!!

We had just moved into our new home and everything in our bathroom backed up. I had seen someone highly recommend Danny (DG Plumbing) on Martinez Rants and Raves site and gave him a call. He came within an hour and a half and had fixed the problem in less than 30 mins. Not only was he very efficient, he was also very polite. And what he charged us was very fair. So, if you need a plumber Danny is the guy to call.....you won't regret it!!
