This Co. does not even have credible (updated) phone information listed on the internet. Hired them to install a New Water Heater. Specifically instructed them to "get a permit from the City of Frisco". It was a week day, & they did not. They also did not install the New Water Heater to City of Frisco Code (I have proof, due to having a Master Plumber come out and fix the mess left behind by this Rookie company). I have filed a TDLR grievance against this company. By the way, when you look up any HVAC/Plumbing Company, & they don't have their TX License numbers listed, you may want to reconsider - look further for another Plumbing Co. I did call multiple times & the Owner blew me off. If you cruise other reviews, you will find out this is not the first time DFW HVAC & Plumbing has done this to other Consumers.

Worst company ever! Plumber, Patrick, charged us for items he did not even replace and did not make sure our hot water heater was installed correctly or up to code. Then they sent out someone who isn't even a certified plumber fix their mistake. When we reached out to the owner about getting our money back he told us no, that he would only pay for the parts that we didn't get the first time. Horrible company, completely unreliable and not trustworthy. Beware, once they start having issues and bad reviews, they'll close the company and start up a new one.

We have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a simple element replacement on our water heater. We have an 8 year old son that has been taking cool showers for 3 weeks. This is the last place I will ever use in the future. Absolutely awful customer service and slightly rude. I said I was upset about the lengthy wait to fix this and the woman on the phone acted like I had offended her. She said what do you want me to do, we're waiting on parts to arrive. I can't believe it takes 3 weeks to have parts delivered since they could probably just be picked up at a local hardware store. If I was able, I'd do the repair this water heater myself, TODAY! Cold showers stink and hearing your child cry every evening when they shower stinks even more. Our home warranty company had a few other options for this repair, I wanted to give a local company the business. Next time I will put DFW HVAC and Plumbing on the NO WAY, NOT IN MY HOUSE list. Terribly sad service!

This company sucks. Evident by their reviews it looks like I'm just another in a long list. Had plumbing appointment with a scheduled arrival between 3-7pm. No call, no show! Even better when you call them, their office conveniently closes at 4:30pm. So all you can do is leave a message. Stay away from this company.

It took a while to get my ac fixed...about 4 weeks from initial contact. 2.5 weeks from initial visit to my house. I can understand that though, it gets busy in the summer in TX.

One of the 2 repair guys knocked loose a joint on the return water pipe however and caused a leak which damaged my ceiling. Again, things happen.

This is where the company started annoying me...after ignoring my messages and calls regarding the ceiling damage for about a week a manager finally called me back. After a little bit of light arguing as to whose fault this was, some unfulfilled promises to call me back, and some screenshots and videos of the issue, the manager relayed that the owner finally agreed to send someone out. This repair would occur about a week and a half from when I initially reported the ceiling damage.

On the day the ceiling repair was to occur, this company had the front office lady call to tell me that the owner had changed his mind and that it was someone else's fault. This is where I blew up. I don't like being ignored, I don't like having promises to call me back go unfulfilled, and i really don't like being told that things will be made right only to have that turned into a lie.

So my AC works, thanks for that. I don't however appreciate the impromptu water feature or the poor customer service on the part of management and ownership.

Please don't use this company.

This is the worst hvac company I have ever dealt with. My home warranty co ONE GUARD sent this place to fix my ac almost 4 weeks ago. It is still not working. First they said it was Freon and put that in. Still not working. Back out said it was a part they had to order. Suppose to be here today. When they didn't show, called hvac company and was told part did not come in. All the while I am sitting in no ac with near 100 degree weather. They have no idea when part will be in. I don't know if home warranty companies get these people for cheap or what. But do know it's time to look around for other companies who will provide me with the service I PAY for.

This company is horrible! Between them and American Home Shield (home warranty company), I was without an air conditioner for 7 weeks (April 24 - June 7, 2018). Nobody made it a priority that we are experiencing very high temperature days earlier than normal here in Texas; therefore my family and I suffered through. And the customer service ....... what's that? They have none. When you talk to who ever answers the phone, they are rude and could care less that your air is broken. If I could rate them lower than one star, I would because they don't deserve it.

This company was who our home warranty sent us to for a water heater repair. It was over the weekend so we knew we had to wait until Monday. It said they would contact us within 4 business hours. We waited until Monday after lunch. Still did not contact us. We had to call them. The lady who answered the phone was completely and utterly rude and made excuses why they had not contacted us. After being on hold 3 times and 16 mins later she said they couldn't get out to see us for OVER A WEEK! That's ridiculous. She again was very rude and hung up when we said we would not be going with their company as we have a newborn who can't have freezing cold baths and heating the water on the stove is a pain after 2 days already doing so. We opted to change contractors and so glad we did after reading the reviews from this company on Yelp and Google. Would NOT recommend.

As with others, this company was sent out by my home warranty. First it took them a long time to contact me and come out. The first appointment, the technicians were nice but misdiagnosed the issue stating that it needed 3 lbs of freon and charged me $155. The same day, a high pitched noise started coming out of the unit so I recalled the service ticket and the home warranty sent them out again. The next technician was also very but also misdiagnosed the issue! He also told me that he didn't know why the first technicians overfilled the freon! He left stating that the compressor was needing to be replaced. I have since had two other companies out to look at it (that were not related to my home warranty) and both said that the compressor is completely fine and that this company could have damaged my system with the additional freon. Very frustrated! Two trip charges and $155 freon charge = lesson learned!

I have had nothing but problems with this company. My home warranty company sent them out.
1st time - The first time they came out they said they corrected the problem.
2nd time - Said I needed a new furnace
3rd time - Had the wrong paperwork and thought they were inspection instead of replacing furnace
4th time - Brought wrong unit. Had to wait 2 weeks for correct unit.
5th time - Installed furnace.

Cold snap moved in and we turned back on the heat. It kept shutting off. I called another A/C unit not going through Warranty Company. I have learned a lot about furnaces since then. Furnaces come set for natural gas. I am on propane. When they installed they should have converted to propane which they did not. Propane burns hotter than natural gas. Luckily it was shutting off because it would trip the sensor or it would have caught my house on fire or exploded. It can also build up soot and damage the furnace.

This company had very poor service. It is extremely hard to get them on the phone. The woman on dispatching tried to work with me and was very nice but you can only do so much.

This company technicians are not qualified and they are poorly organized.
