I called DFS Plumbing on New Year's Day because my toilet was backing up into my shower for the third time in a year. They came out and rodded, used a camera, and found more roots in the sewer line. I ended up needing a new 6"" pipe correctly installed and a clean out installed.

There is no extra charge for holidays or the camera. My old plumber charged extra for both and never found the real problem.

I think the price was fair. The work was done professionally, and they did a great clean-up job. I recommend DFS Plumbing for your projects

Called DFS after a wall broke in my basement and hot steaming water was everywhere! It was a nightmare, but they came almost immediately read to tackle the problem. A family owned business, they came, quickly found a solution, went to the store and bought the materials, then fixed the issue all in less than 2 hours. Price was a few hundred, honestly of great value given how quickly the problem was solved. Would use again, and would recommend.

We had a plugged kitchen sink on a Sunday. I knew it would be dramatically more expensive coming out on a Sunday to fix the issue, but my wife was adamant the sink needed to be fixed that day. I put up a post for a short time to inquire whether plumbers charged double. Basically, yes was the answer. A local guy quoted $369 just to come out and then the work is applied separately to the bill. If you decide not to use that guy, you had prepaid the $369 fee and still have a plugged sink. Dave from DFS Plumbing responded to my post saying we don't charge extra for the weekends and we come out for NO CHARGE to give you a quote. Don't like it, no problem, no obligation! Since I had already made an appointment with the other guy, but for Monday morning between 8-noon, I told Dave, based on the no obligation, sure come on out. He came an hour or two later, knew the issue and gave me a quote for what a friend told me was typical for rodding out a kitchen sink. But DHS doesn't charge a service call on top of the work, so he was significantly cheaper. Dave and his wife SiSi got it all taken care of and spent some extra time replacing some caps on the PVC under the sink that were old and liable to crack. We were very happy and in fact have some additional work for them. It's always risky calling in someone like a plumber because you don't know what you'll get. DHS did a great job and we recommend them highly!

We had a leak recently and needed emergency repair. It was an urgent situation as my kitchen sink was leaking.
He and his wife arrived on time, which I appreciated given the urgency of the situation. They were polite and knowledgeable. The repairs were excellent and quality of communication was amazing. There was clear communication regarding the cost of additional parts and labor. The prices were reasonable for the quality of work provided. I would highly recommend their services!

DFS plumbing came out and replaced about 25 ft of sewer pipes near clean out in backyard. They replaced a couple blown water pipe in the basement , installed a new sump pump and with money I saved I installed a new garbage disposal in the kitchen. David and his crew were awesome and I know he saved me a few thousand $$$. DFS thank you for taking care of this mess inside and out

Had an appointment today with Dave. He never bothered to show up, call or text. Very unprofessional. Won't bother with him again. When I contacted him he said he had an emergency job come up. I guess it must have been worth more money becasue he just dropped me like a rock. Good luck if you hire him. Also, he brings his wife to the jobs. She caulked the toilet and did a terrible job. I didn't bother tho mention it since I thought they were nice people. When i contacted him about not showing up he said he hoped they would consider me in the future and to have a nice day. Well, I hop you and your non-plumber wife have a nice day too.

I found Dave through another plumber that had passsd away and Dave was taking his work. At first he was very nice and but then had some trouble with his car and needed payments asap and, being a fool I trusted him. he got his money then continued with car problems and doctor appointments and now 7 months later he is still putting us off with damage to our house that was not there to begin with- we wanted a few replacements to upgrade. our tub spout is popping out of the wall and he replaced a drain with one that was way too big and left it there. $1600 later and I have find a new plumber. Do not trust him and if you do don't fall for his stories and do not go move him a dime until you are certain your job has been done correctly. I have reviewed all of our texts and I was nothing but kind and understanding of all the struggles he continued to have and for that I paid the price.
OH! and he told me we should replace a toilet in the basement and to find one and he would install. Took me one day to research the problem and I repaired it myself!! save all your texts as proof of communication! We a plumber admits his mistakes in writing make sure you save that message!

I had a plugged drain in the floor connected to my washing machine. I contacted them and he responded within 30 minutes. He came out the next day and worked on it. It seemed like it was fixed but as I ran the washer again. The water backed up again although it wasn't as bad. I contacted them again and he came out again and this time he got it to drain great! He's on time and stands behind his work. He's the only plumber that I will use from now on because he's honest , on time and will stand by his work.

Sump pump went out and needed to be replaced. Contacted DFS plumbing on a Friday afternoon. They came out Saturday morning. David ( the owner) and his work partner were nice and down to earth people. They came when they said. Observed /checked the area where I needed the work done. Went to get the Sump Pump and came right back to knock out the job with in 45-hour. Very professional and I do recommend this company. I will contact again if I have any other plumbing issues
