There was a leak under the kitchen sink and also an outdoor faucet leak. A DNF Plumber came out the next day and quickly fix the issue. DNF plumbers are polite, competent and communicate well.

I can't say enough good about this company. I hired them for both plumbing and Hvac, for a manufactured home I purchased for my 84 yr. old mom. The pre purchase home inspection found some deficiencies that we needed to repair. Phil (plumber) and Matt (Hvac) were the D&F technicians who did those repairs. They did a thorough job and spent as much time as it took to be sure the work was completed correctly. I live out of state and couldn't be there for the work, but they were great at communicating with calls, pics, emails, and texts. They also made it as easy as possible on mom. They were friendly and treated her with the utmost respect . She said it was like having family there to help her. Thank you so much Phil, Matt, and D&F!

We feel robbed. This company charges $597 to re-seat a toilet. No wonder they won't give you a quote over the phone. I could have sent the plumber on his way after he told us the price, but then there's a $119 charge for him showing up. (On a sidenote, the plumber they sent was a cool guy. He was personable and efficient.)

On a Saturday, when other companies did not answer my call, Keith at D & F Plumbing did. He was empathetic and kind. He continued to communicate with me throughout the day. I had tried to fix my shower and ended up breaking something. I had to keep the water off. Randy was able to come out later in the evening. He was straight forward about what needed to be done. He was able to at least get my water on. On Monday, Frankie came out to finish the difficult job. He was professional and kind. It was a stressful thing and D & F Plumbing made it bearable. I'm am impressed with the professionalism and kindness from the 1st phone call to the completion of the project!

I was pleased that this company cared enough to follow-up and offered the attempt to rectify my experience. I am sure this company has received many 5 star reviews for excellent service and my review was just one experience. For their professionalism in reaching out to me I have given them a 5 star review.

I am so glad to have found D & F Plumbing. I had a leak in my water main line and no water to the house. I called and got someone out the next morning right away. Warren did a fantastic job all around. The job wasn't particularly easy in my opinion, as excavation was required. Warren and Pedro spent the entire day on my job but got it done and cleaned up by 5:00pm. I am so grateful to Warren, Pedro and Danielle for their professionalism and integrity in the work that they provide . I'm very happy and will definitely use D & F in the future. Thank you!

Someone from D&F reached out to me recently regarding this review. It seems like they are taking concerns around their pricing model seriously and looking to make changes. If they do make changes so that they are more upfront and reasonable with their pricing (i.e. the dishwasher install should have been half, at most, of what I was charged) then I would hire them again in the future if needed.

Needed repiping done as well as a clog. Also needed a new kitchen faucet. The competency was the big reason for having the work done by you folks, especially since I had been a painting contractor for 30 plus years, and had to straighten out stuff that was not done very well. A plumber with three generations of plumbing experience has a greater grasp of what to do and how than someone with less experience. When I started my painting business, I was told that it is harder to explain why something was not done right than why it costs more or takes longer, which goes for any endeavor. By the way, I was always the highest bidder, and my clients never bothered with anyone else, and their checks were always good, especially since they owned the bank, one of the 10 biggest in the country.

Hired this company to do a simple job. Plumber was friendly. He could not complete the work because there was an unforeseen problem. All OK. However, the amount charged to me was, in my opinion, exorbitant, even after I got a price break under the circumstances.
