Daniel Portillo does excellent work and his prices are great. I have known him over 15 years and he has worked on two of our houses and houses of two other family members. He makes sure you get what you want and goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I have given him multiple jobs and never have I been unhappy with the quality of his work and his work ethic. His crew (including his two sons) holds the same high standards as he does. Our balcony had a lot of damage due to the amount of rain we got this winter. DF Construction was able to save the balcony from complete collapse or total tear down. They replaced the damaged wood, reinforced the structural integrity, fixed the floor and stucco, and kept the same design. I was impressed by how thorough and professional they were, especially given how hard it is to find good people who do good work. I was happy with the price, timely start and finish, and a balcony that is safe. Thank you! I highly recommend DF Construction.
