I made an appointment with the receptionist over the phone and she told me someone will come out to my residence between 1:30pm to 3:00pm on Thursday 01/26/2023. I have a couple of issues that I needed a plumber to fix. The receptionest called me the day before and told me a plumber will be coming out the following day (01/26/2023) between 12:00 and 1:30pm. I told her I won't be home from work until 1:30pm and reminded her that we set the appointment between 1:30pm and 3:00pm. All she said was, I'll pass the message along and that was the end of that phone call. On the day of the appointment no one showed up at all and they never called to reschedule with me.

We are new to the Clarkdale/Cottonwood area. Dewey employees installed 2 toilets, fixed an outdoor spigot, answered questions about soft water and adjusted our hybrid water heater. They were quick, very knowledgable and extremely personable. I will hire them for ANY plumbing issue that might arise. Very satisfied! Thanks, guys!

Deweys plumbing won't stand by their work- they made me wait weeks and weeks for an appt- then a day before- cancelled my appointment!
They did a job for me - and the machine they installed won't turn on- and they refuse to come and even look at it.
They have so much work- they don't need their old customers and won't even let you talk to anyone about it.

I'm posting this review for my dad who lives in Cornville.

Dewey's Plumbing sent Micka out to shut off our irrigation water which he did just fine, however, he dug up a large area to have water diverted away from his work area then left the project. This was long before the holidays and the water diversion dug-up area remains.

Several calls were made to the office with promises to have him come out to finish his work with no results. I understand now why they're not a BBB member.

This is my 4 th time using Dewey plumbing. First time was an emergency on a Sunday. Fast response with reasonable charge. Water heater, sinks, toilets and now shower that needed water heater emptied, removed, repiped shower, and all under 3 hours. These guys are professional. I was scheduled Friday, needed to reschedule after finding pipes needed replacing and would take another hour. Would of been put on books for Wednesday but because we only have 1 bath in our mobile, Ed came out on Saturday so we only missed 1 day of shower .Thank you! Above and beyond if you ask me!

We had a toilet replaced and our kitchen sink, they did it quick and were very gracious. I will call them again when I need a plumber.

Please do not use these plumbers... Terrible work, poor quality.. Called them back to correct work... Super arrogant, I refuse them to work any more at my home... Found new plumber , tore out everything they did and corrected it.. They installed a device outside , then handed my wife the owners book that had huge sticker on front "" Not for outside use, do not expose to direct sunlight or temperature below 40 degrees... Do not waste your time or money... incompetent and arrogant... bad combination

Gary and David are absolutely awesome and addressed several plumbing issues at our home in Sedona with professionalism, skill, knowledge and courtesy.
They were very time efficient and answered all of my questions.
I also thought their pricing was very fair and reasonable.
I highly recommend them and will most definitely call Dewey's for any future plumbing needs.
