Sean came out and understood the new tub faucet installation and did a perfect job. There were a few other details with the shower valve and tub drain and that was quickly wrapped up too. His price was a bit lower than some other quality choices so we got a perfect job at a very competitive price

Rob & his family were so honest and awesome in helping us with our ""power flush"" toilet that wouldn't really flush. We had about 6 to 7 plumbing companies come out and bid the project but Devoto Plumbing was a reasonable price and they were courteous and respectful, so we hired them to fix our toilet. When they got into it, they found that what every plumbing company had said was the problem, wasn't actually the problem at all. They put everything back the way it was and didn't charge us anything for their time. They then went further to completely inspect everything. They even contacted the city to have them come out to verify if we even needed the backflow system that was here and that we have to pay to have inspected every year. We didn't and Devoto was able to come and remove that old system and replace the old toilet with a new one since we wanted that anyway. They were careful of their noise and disruptions since we have commercial tenants above us and we see clients in our office as well. We are very happy with the work that was completed and the professional demeanor of all their staff.

Really professional, clean, polite, and great at what they do - what more can you ask for? I had 4 drains all on a 'go slow' which Sean fixed in a timely way. There was no mess left behind, he was happy take his boots off (which I like because I try to keep my carpets clean). He came recommended by two friends and easily lived up to how good they said he would be. Devoto plumbing's number is now stuck to our fridge - if I need a plumber again in future, I won't be asking around - I'll be calling them right away.

I have used Rob Devoto both personally and for the HOA I belong to. I suppose the most important thing I can say about Rob and Sean is that they absolutely know what they are doing. There are lots of fake ""rooters"" around town who have no professional training and often leave jobs worse than when they started. Rob is not one of them. He has fixed complicated problems other plumbers can't diagnose and he has fixed the simplest problems as well. When he's done, the job is done. Done right. Done once. Never a need for a callback for work he has signed off on.
The second thing I can say is that in spite of their superior service, they charge fair rates. I have never felt over charged or taken advantage of in any way.
The third thing is that this family run company is filled with people you will be happy to meet and know. It's a thoroughly authentic family business with professionalism at the core. In some ways I regret giving them such a great review because it means they may be too busy to see me from time to time, On the other hand, they deserve the exposure and people wise enough to search Yelp for recommendations will certainly benefit from just calling Rob when they need a plumber. Five star service all the way.

Unfortunately, my experience with Devoto was not good. I always received a voice mail and my calls went unreturned. When I finally got through, I had them come out. First mistake. I had toilets replaced and should have received the proper paperwork to get the city rebate. They did not inform me about this. When I called and asked them about it, they did not return my calls yet again. Did they receive the rebate and not tell me? Disappointing to say the least.

Devoto repaired our main water line which was gradually failing and developing leaks. I was very happy with the quality of work they performed. They are extremely professional punctual and reliable and have fair and transparent pricing too. i wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

Excellent service. On time, professional and courteous. We had a shower faucet that had stopped working. Sean came, assessed what he needed went and bought the part and came back to finish the repair. He also asked if I had any other needs while he was there. He replaced an outdoor faucet as well. I highly recommend Devoto plumbing for your plumbing needs. Devoto is family owned and operated by a honest, hard working family.

There is a very good reason for all the 5 star reviews. Devoto Plumbing is punctual, honest and very reasonable. Oh, and they do excellent work.

I noticed a small leak in the upstairs toilet and my wife remembered that someone had recommended Devoto for any and all plumbing needs. Called and got an appointment, Sean arrived exactly on schedule and quickly changed the toilet assembly and fixed the leak. When he was nearly finished we asked if he could do the same with the downstairs toilet as it had recently began ""sticking"" (continue to run). Not a problem and it was also quickly fixed.

Fast, efficient, honest and fairly priced. These days it is difficult to find those traits in home repair companies. Devoto Plumbing has them all. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Honest. Punctual. Upfront on pricing. You get what you pay for here, when we had a rust issue with our bathtub which Rob supplied he stepped up and fixed it. Nice guy too.
