Unfortunately, my experience with Devoto was not good. I always received a voice mail and my calls went unreturned. When I finally got through, I had them come out. First mistake. I had toilets replaced and should have received the proper paperwork to get the city rebate. They did not inform me about this. When I called and asked them about it, they did not return my calls yet again. Did they receive the rebate and not tell me? Disappointing to say the least.

Devoto repaired our main water line which was gradually failing and developing leaks. I was very happy with the quality of work they performed. They are extremely professional punctual and reliable and have fair and transparent pricing too. i wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

Excellent service. On time, professional and courteous. We had a shower faucet that had stopped working. Sean came, assessed what he needed went and bought the part and came back to finish the repair. He also asked if I had any other needs while he was there. He replaced an outdoor faucet as well. I highly recommend Devoto plumbing for your plumbing needs. Devoto is family owned and operated by a honest, hard working family.

There is a very good reason for all the 5 star reviews. Devoto Plumbing is punctual, honest and very reasonable. Oh, and they do excellent work.

I noticed a small leak in the upstairs toilet and my wife remembered that someone had recommended Devoto for any and all plumbing needs. Called and got an appointment, Sean arrived exactly on schedule and quickly changed the toilet assembly and fixed the leak. When he was nearly finished we asked if he could do the same with the downstairs toilet as it had recently began ""sticking"" (continue to run). Not a problem and it was also quickly fixed.

Fast, efficient, honest and fairly priced. These days it is difficult to find those traits in home repair companies. Devoto Plumbing has them all. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Honest. Punctual. Upfront on pricing. You get what you pay for here, when we had a rust issue with our bathtub which Rob supplied he stepped up and fixed it. Nice guy too.

Recently we had to do a shower replacement in our master bath. When we tore out the old one, we found that the original contractor did a funky install on the plumbing. Water lines and drains had to be re-routed before we could do the new tile. Rob at Devoto Plumbing was recommended by our tile company. Rob showed up quickly to assess the issues and assured us he could solve them. Within 2 days he was back to do the repairs and get us back on track. His prices were reasonable and did a very clean job to the requirements of the tile setter. He was very patient in answering questions I had about the job. I like that his is a family business and he is involved personally with the work. He will be our ""go to"" guy for any future plumbing work.

I found Devoto Plumbing a number of years ago after receiving a notice from the City of Cotati that I needed to get my backflow device tested. After talking with multiple companies, I chose Devoto Plumbing and have never looked back. While I have never met him personally (to test the backflow device, he doesn't need access to the house and I don't have to be home), I have called numerous times to make sure that the work would be done by the time specified by the city. I talk with Rob everytime, he remembers my name and my address and when the testing needs to be complete. I can't say enough good things about Rob and the rest of the staff at Devoto Plumbing. They will always be my first call for anything plumbing related. I trust them and their expertise. Good job Devoto Plumbing!

We recently moved to Santa Rosa and had to find a plumber we could rely on. A co-worker recommended them so I gave them a call. This is a family company and the whole family showed up to do the work on our house. Father, son and daughter. Each one of them was friendly, patient, professional and knew their work. They took some time to explain some complicated plumbing concepts and figured out solutions to a couple of unusual problems. I never had a thought about questioning their honesty and integrity. I just have to recommend them with all the enthusiasm I can muster. Good people. I'm happy I found them to work on our house.

We called Devoto Plumbing and Rob, the owner, took my call after office hours and patiently answered my questions so that our family could at least take cold baths for the night after a busted water heater. His son, Sean, came right away the next morning, replaced the unit quickly and professionally, complete with a drip pan and drainage pipe to minimize water damage from future leaks. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs! Honest, reliable, high quality work at very reasonable prices.

I called three plumbing contractors, all recommended, to fix an ongoing problem. One never called back. One made an appointment, then showed up two hours late without a phone call. The third, Rob from Devoto, came early for our appointment after calling ahead to make sure it was OK, submitted a pretty reasonable bid, and was otherwise as professional as the others weren't. The work was scheduled for ""around 9AM"" today. He called this morning to explain that he'd be about 15 minutes late!

Professional, on time, courteous, reasonably priced, and informative. What more could you ask for???
