Worst service experience! Came late without materials, did not fix clog. I had a clog three days that he could not fix. He left without the job completed and then over charged me. He was rude and yelled.

Had Gary in this afternoon to help with a clogged toilet. He arrived within 90 minutes of calling. Unfortunately, the job needed more than a plunger, where Gary had to run his sewer machine some 60' across our yard to find the issue, which thankfully he did. All's well once again.
I found him very thorough, and professional.

Mr. Devine is very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. He talked me through a plumbing emergency that he felt I could fix myself. He was very patient and detailed and asked me to call him back whether the solution worked or not. He said if it didn't work, he was not going to leave me stranded but would come out on a Saturday. Fortunately, it worked just fine and I didn't pay a cent. Not everyone would help someone solve their own problem if there is quick & easy money to be made, but Mr. Devine did. My experience with him was nothing but positive.

I'm very surprised at these other reviewers. I can't believe we are taking about the same gentleman.

Gave them a call first thing in the morning, was recieved by Gary. He got me an appointment, asked if it was an emergency if he needed to move an appointment or two around, but luckily it was handled. Arrived and Gary went to work asking me some basic info about what happened. Diagnosed it and started fixing it. Took him maybe 30 minutes to fix my one leak and then he went to fix my other toilet that hasn't been functional for a month now, just been putting it off. Got it all wrapped up in about 90 minutes.
Gary was knowledgeable, professional, and very kind.
I would definitely recommend his services to any one in the area!

My kitchen and laundry room drains were backing up into my utility sink, it started late last night. I called Gary early this morning and he answered the phone (unlike most plumbers who never return your call!) He was at my house within an hour and had my drains running beautifully in no time at all! I asked if he could look at my kitchen sink and give me an estimate for a future repair. He was willing and able to fix it on the spot. He was a pleasure to work with and I will be hiring him again in the very near future for another, larger project. He is honest and fair. My daughters and I felt comfortable with him in our home. Thank you Gary, you are wonderful!

This place will give you a great price, but the absolute CRAP you will deal with is not worth it. Gary is one of the most horrendous people I've ever dealt with. Unprofessional, rude, and completely disgusting. He arrived over an hour late for the job, without the water heater which he then had to go pick up. He screamed at me and my mom multiple times, and I mean screamed at the top of his lungs. In my house! Do not hire this company unless you are prepared for a battle. They are disgraceful.

I called Devine's about having a gas vent and shut off valve installed for a gas dryer. Instead of listening to my situation he proceeded to lecture me about the chances of him getting the job. I let it pass as it was very difficult to find any plumber willing to come out. He did say he would call me back that Wednesday or Thursday night. He never did as I expected he wouldn't. I even had my hometown Accurate Plumbing blow me off. The job went to Galezniak without any aggravation. I'm also having an upcoming bathroom project. Too bad Devine's will not even get the chance to bid. Don't waste your time with contractor.
