Just when I thought I had things under control, my bidet install sprung a leak that I couldn't stop. I was pleased Raymond from Devine and Son Plumbing™ was able to squeeze me in next day. He kindly explained where I went wrong and offered a quick and affordable fix. He practiced COVID-19 precautions and fixed the problem super fast in under an hour.

He was even able to take my VISA DEBIT card on location, no cash or check needed. I'm sure glad I called the right team for my plumbing needs.

I made the mistake of telling Devine and Son Plumbing on their answering machine that I wanted an estimate for some work I needed done at my home and asked them to call me back. They never called. I feel they are either untrustworthy or insecure about bidding on their work and that is why they never called.

I can't say enough good about Ray Devine! I couldn't get my water heater to work. Ray came out, right on time, I might add, and figured out that the thermostat valve needed reset. He had the thing going again in a couple minutes. When I tried to pay him, Ray said NO CHARGE...this one's on me! He said we are a Father and Son operation and do business the old fashioned way. I still tried to give him money and he and again refused. I couldn't thank him enough and told him I'd recommend his services to everyone. He is a good honest plumber, who truly earned my business and my respect! Thanks again Ray!

When I called Divine And Son Plumbing, it was hot as Hell, when it was 106, in my bedroom! I called on a Saturday, around noon, to have someone, come to our house, and service our SWAMP COOLER, up on our roof! They gave me an estimate of the charge, and scheduled me for 2PM, the coming Tuesday.....3 days away! I rescheduled my day, so I could be at home, when they came!

Tuesday, 2PM, rolls around, and I'm sitting at home, waiting........and guess what? Nobody shows up! I called them, at 2:15pm, and got a voicemail.......I left a message, because I wanted to know what their work load was, since they were already were late! I DID NOT GET A RETURN CALL. I waited till an hour and a half passed.......again, got the voicemail, and left another message......STILL NO RETURN CALL. I called again, after 2 HOURS of waiting,,and I still got a voicemail, and left no message. What for? Here it is now, going on 4 HOURS, almost after most business' close, and I still have a NO SHOW, and a NO RETURN PHONE CALL.

Is that anyway, to run a business? They showed NO CONSIDERATION for me, at all. I don't see how they can make any money, doing business, like that!

Now, I'm in limbo, of what to do next! If they show up now, they're out of luck! I rearranged my day to be at home, just for them.......I just can't keep doing it, every day, until they decide to come, and show up!

Now, I have to start all over again, and look for a ""real, reputable company"", that will do what they say! This company, is an absolute joke, so don't even waste your time, on them! You can't say, that you were not warned!

If Divine And Son Plumbing, gets upset, at what I wrote.................""they have nobody to blame"", but THEMSELVES!
