I don't recommend Devin Plumbing at all. Stay away if you want to stay sane. He's extremely flaky, unreliable and unprofessional because he'll just ignore you completely when he's busy with other jobs. I gave 1 star for Devin showing promptly the first time but I couldn't get him to come back to complete the job no matter how hard I tried. As a general contractor, I could never use him again but maybe if you have a clogged toilet, you can try him.

5 Stars all the Way! We HIGHLY recommend Devin. He arrived quickly on a Sunday night during a harsh winter storm. He had a can do attitude and was very communicative, including texting us photos. This was important as we were out of town. He cleared the clog in the drain lines of our duplex which had backed up into the downstairs tub. Our tenants could not flush the toilets. He cleared the line so as to make them operational. The cause was a broken sewer lateral. The next day in the pouring rain and mud his crew dug four feet deep and repaired the lateral. They put all the soil back in a way that it looked neat, clean and perfect. His price for this emergency repair was reasonable! He texted his invoice to us which we were able to pay using our phone via square. Start to finish he made it simple and worry free.

Devin Plumbing & Drain is simply great. He's affordable, dependable, and very reliable. He updated his arrival time if he runs late or stucks in traffic. He does very good work and also a hard working man.

Had my mainline blocked did everything I could for 3 days to get it unblocked with no success and then I found Devin he was able to get to my house within 30 minutes and was very respectful and polite. We had to take his drain snake up on the roof because my clean out was to small and send the snake down the vent pipe and he had it fixed in just minutes.

I will definitely not hesitate to call him again if needed wasting 3 days cost me a lot more than he charged me wish I would have just started with him from the beginning of the problem

Wow pathetic, I don't know what he used to be but something is way wrong with this dude, and this IS his phone number 1-510-703-5571 so I have the texts to prove this is him and this is his company. He ghosts people all day and then doesnt show up, and then gets vial in his texts. I edit my post, you dont need the minutia, before handing out your address, consider he may spoof you like he did me, 5 hours late then gets snarky with me.

Now he had done similar treatment of 3 yelpers, just imagine how many people he plays these games with who don't yelp. Your next?

Despite you playing me for 5 hours I was still a gentleman, you got mean first, anything less then that would be a lie, I have the proof all day long. He lied about using yelp as well when I told him I was gonna yelp him, funny?

I had Devin come to my house to clear an underground rain drain pipe. He dug into the ground and cleared the pipe but in the process, he cut the sprinkler system wires and broke a water pipe for the sprinklers. It got late in the evening and he had to leave with the job unfinished. It's been four months and he never came back to finish the job. I've called him 11 times and sent 7 text messages and I get NO response from him! The last time I called, he hung up on me. He got his money and he has no desire to finish the job. Do not use this irresponsible guy to do any work for you.

Devin's Plumbing is great! I called about my water heater which was not working properly. I explained the issue to Devin. Who asked me for the model and to send a photo. He was familiar with the brand and new someone that actually repaired them. He told me he would run the situation by him. Based on the issues and how old the unit was it was recommended I replace it. Our conversation initially occurred on a Saturday. Devin said he could do the work tomorrow and what was a good time for me. I was very impressed with his work, paying close attention to all details of what was needed and making sure everything was up to code. His pricing was very reasonable and fair. If I ever need a plumber I'm contacting Devin! I highly recommend Devin's Plumbing!
