I've been in the construction/remodeling business for 25 years and upon my return to Austin needed to find a plumber for my mother's house and YAY! what a find Devildog Plumbing is! And COMMUNICATIVE! It's one thing to find a great plumber and another thing to actually get texts, calls and follow-up with a plumber and Mike FOLLOWS UP! Not only follows up, but we didn't have all the right parts at my Mother's house and Mike went out and got what we needed so we could get the job done and finished. AND one thing I noticed about Mike and his worker - EVERY time that they came into the house, they wiped off their feet on the mat and there was ABSOLUTELY NO MESS ANYWHERE! Can't say enough about the quality of service and reasonable price - actually saved us $$ to :)

This week I had what I presumed was going to be a large plumbing problem. I called my previous plumber and got no return call after a full day. Called another two and they were just rude as if unhappy that I called for service. Called another - and they were polite, but couldn't look at the problem for three days while the water damage continues to get worse. My brother looked up Devil Dog and happened to call owner Mike Pullis for me around 3:00 this afternoon. I then called him around 3:30. As a courtesy, Mike offered to swing by at 4:30 in the afternoon after his last job for the day to take a "look" at it for me. After 5 minutes he explained the problem, pulled the parts from his truck and had it fixed before 5:00!!! All the while being courteous, friendly, and affordable! I think I found a new plumber!! Thank you Mike for your service to our country, and thank you for going above and beyond today!!

Was referred to owner Mike Pullis by a friend. Mike was polite and professional. He told me what his rates were up front. He and his assistant showed up when they said they would, and fixed what was wrong quickly and efficiently. I have no complaints and will definitely use him again if needed!
