Needed my outside water valve fixed badly. Found them thanks to a friend (or no thanks) and made an appointment. Man came right away. Told me the part was going to cost $100. I was totally ok with that. Took the guy less than a 20 minutes to install it. Charged me $550 for the whole job. The guy was out of my house in less than 30 minutes and I think it was a pretty simple job. I was expecting more along the range of $250 including the part. I feel completely taken advantage of. Especially during these trying times. I was desperate and he took advantage of my desperation. Will not be recommending them to anyone.

Do not recommend!! I lived in an Association and today was the only day that I had available to have my kitchen sink. fixed. Scheduled the time and day before and even confirmed with him on the day of. The app was at 2pm and when I called him he mentioned that lost track of time... Called again an hour after to cancel due that my condo doesn't allow any work done after 4 pm. Not reliable. Bad experience.

Great service. Water heater went out and called another BIG BOX company to come out, they charged $300 to come out four days after we called and spent five minutes looking at the unit declaring we needed a new one (already a new unit). Called devil dog and spoke to Aerial, answered right away. He was polite and professional. Immediately opened his schedule and came out within 24 hrs. Give him a shot, he's got professional knowledge. Did some work on the top of our unit and within thirty minutes we got an education on our unit with a built in fail safe and hot water pumping out. Considerate on cost. Will be calling him again for any other plumbing needs. Normally don't leave reviews but Aerial deserves it!
