Devil Dog Drain Cleaning

Well our sewer system backed up in our rental house and the landlord sent this company out to fix it. After I asked if I needed to remove anything from the bathroom and being told no by Devil Dog Drain Cleaning they proceeded to pull the toilet and snake the drain. At one point I took my dog outside and when I came back in they were gone. Didn't know if they were done, going to get parts, nothing. Well after a call to the landlord turns out they were done and running late. Well they left fecal spray over everything in the bathroom. The sink, floor, shower, all of our stuff. There was even handprints on the doorway leading into the bathroom. So am I missing something or is this common place to leave a horrible mess after you complete a job?

These guys show up on time and get it done. I've had them over three or four times in the last 7 years. It's almost about that time against. The nice thing about a local reliable business owner, he knew my house before I did. He worked on it before I bought and came over, recognized it, and friendly chuckle like... ""oh yeah here we go again.""Those are the guys you want showing up.

Bill at Devil Dog knows the true meaning of customer service. He returned my call promptly and told me how to fix the shut-off water valve in order to stop the leak. It worked! I think his first and foremost concern is being of service to the Pueblo community at large. Even though this company has hundreds of Facebook reviews, I never would have found them since Facebook is not exactly a site I support. I found their Devil Dog Drain on YELP. Glad a few people took the time to express their experiences with Devil Dog!

Came out for a diagnosis but the drain had cleared itself. He recommended a short term fix to keep it from clogging again and advised a permanent fix in the event that the problems continued. No charge! We'll be using Devil Dog for our other properties in Pueblo when we have drain issues.

Highly recommend!! Very professional and polite. Explained everything and potential issues, also gave me solutions to avoid future problems. Arrived promptly, was even a little early! Got my upstairs bathroom working again in about 30 mins! Reasonable price and well worth the service. I know who I'll be calling if my drains backup again.
