Heather is exceptional, she is kind and compassionate. She tries her best to make you feel better in the worst times when your AC's out or your plumbing is backed up. Every time I call I know I will get over and above the standard help. This was my 3 mishap this summer. Bryan the AC guy was great too. I highly recommend Devards for great work and exceptional customer service.

I used Devard's after a one year disaster with a "family" owned business in Plano, called TA&H.

Carlos came out and refined my installed system and got it running efficiently. He subsequently came out for the service check and all is well.

I recommended Devard's to my daughter and she called them after one of their systems was not cooling properly. Daddy's reputation on the line!!

Devard's team installed a new coil and condenser for my daughter and as it happens, she needed a babysitter that day and asked me to come over. I behaved and did not "watch" the install. They were real pro's and Carlos came to check on things when they finished and briefed my daughter on what went on. I stayed silent and was HAPPY that everything turned out well.

I was really impressed with this company when I first contacted them a month ago to fix an A/C issue. Although the repair was costly, my A/C worked just fine after this. I contacted them again today to fix a different problem but what a waste! The problem was not fixed and I was still charged over $200. I am left with hanging wires in the living room, a very bad feeling and a super hot house! Such a disappointment, Devard's and there I was really thinking that I had found reliable lifetime HVAC partners in you...

Although they say they service the D/FW area, when asked to come and give me a bid on my replacement furnace, they told me that Coppell was out of their service area!

Absolutely the best Google search result I could have ever received. I had several companies come out to provide estimates to replace our 2 existing AC units. Steve showed up right on time for our appointment, took time to find out issues we had and really look at the equipment we had and where improvements could be made. He came up with a solution for our situation that was highly competitive and provided a written estimate before leaving. We set a 2 day install appointment for 2 weeks out and they called ahead and arrived just on time those 2 days. Installation was quick and professional by Dustin and his coworker, overseen by Steve and Carlos. We could not be happier with the results and how comfortable our home has become. We have them working on an electrical problem (not related to the AC) and will be having them replace our water heater in the next several weeks. We have found our go to AC, electrical and plumbing company. Awesome job guys!

Devards is a great company to work with. We have used them for years since the original owner, Boyd, was involved. This time we made a emergency call at midnite in a Saturday. The technician called me back and was at our house by 12:30am. Long story short, he fixed our problem and was gone by 1:30am. Not only was the problem fixed but the price was reasonable. I can't say enough good things about Devards and everyone should use them.

Very unprofessional Service Manager. $76 Trip Charge. Fan capacitor charge $170 that cost me $12.00. Its 2 wires and 2 screws Carlos!!! Get real.
