David W.Chris provided great on time service. Troubleshooting of problem was excellent. Drained, removed old water heater, installed new water heater, relit pilots, and purged system. Explained all procedures and how new hot water heater worked (different model than the previous one)
John S.I would not recommend this company. American Home Shield contracted the company to come out to fix my garbage disposal and drain stoppage. The company came out twice, and I'm still having problems with both. The garbage disposal is still not working, and the drain is still slow to drain completely.
