Jose is true pro. He's honest about the work that should be done and prices his services fairly. I had a main sewer line and street junction replaced and a new clean out installed. The job was done in half the time other plumbers quoted and as far as I understood, his team did not cut corners. I'd hire Detox again in a heartbeat. Very good experience.

Adam arrived at 8:30 for an 8am job but was coming a far distance from Lancaster and the owner was responsive in trying to figure out where he was, so it was not a big deal. He did a very good job with the kitchen faucet replacement. The old faucet was so old, he had to saw through the ring, which had corroded on the plate. He put the new sink on no problem, replaced the air gap, put on a part that could shut off the water below the sink all for $200 labor cost. He also cleaned up the kitchen, which I appreciated. He did a great job and I would definitely hire these guys again!!

In doing my research, I obtained a number of quotes for the work, some of which were outrageously expensive and some companies who were frustratingly unresponsive. He sells and installs this company's units which are better that the brand most plumbers and installers sell - it has a stainless steel boiler tank and has a longer warranty. Jose charges a very competitive price to remove your existing tank and install the new tankless, and does a great job, quickly. He stands behind his work ensure you are satisfied with the job and provides a guarantee. This is the third project I've had Jose do for me and highly recommend him.
