Had a main plumbing line blockage on a Saturday afternoon, found Detox Hydro Jet here on Yelp and called around 3:40pm. Noticed their business hours were til 5pm on Saturday and wasn't sure if it was too late to get someone out the same day, but left a message at the number listed anyway. Jose called back promptly and after explaining to him what we needed he said he would send out someone to fix the problem. The technician showed up within an hour and got to work. They were able to use their hydro rooter to clear the blockage and roots. Jose and his team are professional and thorough. Highly recommend this company!

Jose is the best. I used my home warranty plumber that was assigned to me, and they could not unclog my toilet. The plumber wanted to cut into my walls and flooring. Suffice to say, I said no and contacted Jose. Jose took care of the clog issue in less than one hour at a great price. Jose is very professional and honest. Jose is true pro. He's honest about the work that should be done and prices his services fairly. I had a main sewer line and street junction replaced and a new clean out installed. Adam arrived at 8:30 for an 8am job but was coming a far distance from Lancaster and the owner was responsive in trying to figure out where he was, so it was not a big deal. He did a very good job with the kitchen faucet replacement. The old faucet was so old, he had to saw through the ring, which had corroded on the plate. He put the new sink on no problem, replaced the air gap, put on a part that could shut off the water below the sink all for $200 labor cost. He also cleaned up the kitchen, which I appreciated. He did a great job and I would definitely hire these guys again!!

I had a great experience with Jose. I had been having some ongoing issues with my plumbing and needed to have some underground pipes replaced. In doing my research, I obtained a number of quotes for the work, some of which were outrageously expensive and some companies who were frustratingly unresponsive.
