We had a floor heating boiler fail in our home. I called so many other HVAC companies and no-one could help. Thankfully I found DeTemple. They are the masters in the business and the boiler installation was super clean, professional, and works much better than the old system. On top of all that, I found their pricing to be ver reasonable.

They came for a maintenance. They charged me $80 for picking up a run capacitor and also charged twice for the part. They don't return your call if you have a question about your bill. I had to call them 6 times.

I was referred to Detemple by a friend. We had sewage backing up and overflowing our toilet, and initially DeTemple wouldn't be able to fit us in until the next week without emergency overtime costs. However, because of a cancellation, Mike called us back and fit us in on the same day! Glenn came out snaked out the sewer clog. He was experienced, professional and very personable. The cost was less than we expected. DeTemple is now on our go-to list for plumbing help.

I had a really urgent situation with a broken and leaking water heater. I spoke with at least 9 companies & was skeptical @ the information & strategies they offered (or lack of, more to the point). I then called Detemple on a referral from a friend. Phil listened to me, asked me logical, smart questions & had Todd (a REAL PLUMBER) out to my home within hours the same day. He installed a new heater (my choice of models), flushed all the lines, noticed a few small problems in other areas & repaired those, too. Stayed until after 7pm. Both men were so helpful & proficient & accommodating. The work was done perfectly AND the final bill was slightly lower than my estimates from water heater install companies (not plumbers, not problem solvers). Was a complete pleasure doing business with Detemple. I recommend highly.

Excellent, on time, and when i asked could I see how the repair was made just so i had an idea what was going on said, ""Sure"" ,and explained the mystery of valves and pipes under my kitchen sink without condescention or annoyance,even labeled them for me so I would know which ones to shut off in an emergency. Lovely to know I have a company I can really trust to bill fairly, and do EXCELLENT work!
