I have used Oly twice and on both occasions he has been nothing sort of exceptional. Both jobs (RO System Install, Toilet Replacement) were completed in impressive fashion; not a minute is wasted. A true professional.

Detail plumbing is quick to respond and makes every effort to get your work scheduled as soon as possible. On each occasion (and I don't expect this to be the norm), Oly has responded same day AND completed the work that very day.

Their pricing is quite fair and, when service & quality is accounted for, the best value of any plumber by far.

This guy saved us today. Our toilet overflowed and NOT ONE plumber was available in our area but he agreed to come late after his last appointment. What a gift today, after the whole fiasco this morning with the toilet...this guy had us back in business (useable plumbing for shower, toilet, laundry....) in no time at all. Thank you SOOOO MUCH! Great service.
Called Oly on a Friday after 7pm regarding a leaking valve and he was at our home the next morning despite having an already full day. He was efficient and respectful of our home. It's nice when you find someone you can rely on and we will definitely call him again next time we are in need of service.

Oly and Detail Plumbing are great and I would recommend them and have saved them in my phone as my go-to plumbers. Needed a burst pipe to be re-sealed (either with a sharkbite or welded or something), called a few plumbers for quotes. Most of the quotes came in way over Oly's quote, and unfortunately the other guys give plumbers a bad name for trying to jack the prices up on stuff! Oly's quote was more in line with what I expected and I thought it was a fair price. Also he was nice, knowledgeable, gave me a few pointers, and was very helpful. Thank you Oly and Detail Plumbing!

Oly patiently helped me through phone call and text to get a FREE replacement part along with advice on how to install it; when he could have easily taken my money as I had no hesitation to buy the faucet and pay him to do the work due to all the 5 star reviews I saw on this great platform :)

I called Oly inquiring about kitchen faucet replacement services since I may be in need of a new kitchen faucet. I asked if he could accept text as I created a video to show him. He said yes, please send and I texted him a video I made that showed the problem, how the sink is connected under the sink & 3 images that show the problem in detail. I uploaded the video along with other information to the internet so he can see everything in detail without having to make a trip out to my house :).

I also mentioned I was interested in several faucets as a replacement, my top choice being a ""Moen Align Brushed Gold One-Handle High Arc Pulldown Kitchen Faucet (Model 5923BG; $778.65 at the time)."" I asked if he could help me & the next steps for us to work together.

After reviewing the information I shared, Oly PROMPTLY let me know that I likely could get a FREE replacement part via warranty!! Oly shared how I could find that information from the faucet itself. I did as told and VOILA!! I went through the warranty process with Pfister (company who made faucet) who said I was under warranty and gave me a ""Case ID number"" exactly as Oly described the process would be like :) After the warranty process was created, I was given a link from Pfister (https://www.pfisterfaucets.com/parts-support/case-details) to view details about it and more.

When I got my replacement part, it was easy to install just as Oly described!

All in all, Oly is an amazing person who I appreciate greatly as he could have just said, yes he can replace, and let me buy an $800 faucet plus pay him to install it. Instead, Oly with integrity, thoughtfulness and SUPERIOR customer service, patiently helped me get a replacement and would not take any money from me when I offered it to him for his time on the phone :O

Oly, you are the ""Plumber Of The Century"" in my book and anytime someone local to the area asks if I know anyone who can help with plumbing issues, Oly and his great business ""Detail Plumbing"" is who I say without hesitation!!!!

Many can see all the 5 star reviews ""Detail Plumbing"" has. This proves Detail Plumbing is a business you can trust with your money and time!!!! They will treat you with superior customer service plus they have integrity as a business!!

They are not in the business to get the most money out of you; they are in business to solve your problem the BEST & MOST COST-EFFICIENT WAY POSSIBLE, the same practice I adhere to in my own businesses!

Being a very busy businessman myself, I'm glad after months of having my issue resolved I finally have time to write a review for this wonderful business!!

My house is old and apparently has a lot of plumbing issues. I've used this company over 3 times and have been very satisfied each time. He is really nice and professional and I always feel like he's gives fair prices. I used him when my washed backed up. I also recently called him again when my garbage disposal had a leak and had to be replaced. He fixed it very quick and made the process really easy. He seems really responsive and every time I've called him he was able to come that same day or the next. Highly recommend.
