My water heater was continuously releasing water through the TPR and never resetting. I had shut off the water heater so that I could find someone to take a look at it. I contacted Oly and he quickly established a quick diagnosis over the phone and set a time to confirm the diagnosis and make the necessary repair. He came promptly first thing in the morning, replaced the part in question. It took a little over an hour to complete the job taking time to explain the problem and why it needed to be replaced. I'm really happy with the attention to detail and thoroughness applied to the task. I would not hesitate to use him again -- easily highly recommended.

Oly was really great. His services and quality of work is top notch. I cannot speak more highly of him and his company. I reached out after panic searching for a plumber on Yelp, and Oly happened to be available same day and was very reasonable in his fees (which are very well deserved). He replaced the valves for my washing machine and made sure the job got done right, as well as called out other things to keep an eye on while he engaged in his work (e.g. water heater and main house water valve may need to be replaced soon - as a maintenance repair vs. emergency replacement repair).

I just moved to the greater Sacramento area, and have found my new go-to company for all plumbing needs. I could add more words and descriptions, but suffice to say that I can breath a sigh of relief as long as Oly is around.

Oly is the best of the best! This is the second time we worked with him. Last time was for a toilet installation, this time is for replacing the faucet.
Both of his quotes were very reasonable.
I reached out to the company yesterday around 6pm and was directed to contact Oly, he answered my call after working hours and continued working with me, our last text was around 8pm. He came out today around 9:30am, picked up the faucet from Home Depot and installed the faucet at our home, all was done before noon!
The communication process was so easy and smooth.
