I replace the compression water valve for toilet. I overtight the compression valve cause the copper pipe leaked. It wasn't emergency, I asked them do next morning. They showed up on time. I didn't realize how bad I damage. Plumber replace the pipes included elbow and compression type valve. I am very impressed how well he sweat the pipe and strap the pipe like professional. The price is very reasonable. They don't overcharge like many other plumbers. I definitely would hire them again if I have plumbing problem. Thank you.

We didn't have a challenging issue (a drip from our tub faucet) but I hated wasting water. They were all booked for the day but the owner said Oly would try to find a window of time to come and do the estimate. He not only did the estimate, he left to get the part, and came back and fixed it. And the price was less than other quotes I got just for showing up.

I normally do not take the time to write reviews regardless of how good or bad my experience may be with an establishment, but I decided that this time around I would. So friday night 12am I noticed the guest bathroom toilet was leaking. I initially thought it was from the shower since we had people staying over but i found out it wasn't. So I turned the water valve off to the toilet and took all the water out (cup and bucket) to prevent any possible spillage. I than began searching yelp from a qualified plumber. I must have sent messages to over 10 plumbers. Some didn't respond, some said they can't do a consult via phone and wouldn't have availibilty to assess the situation until Monday or Tuesday...while others gave assumptions to what my issue was (wax ring replacement). Now i thought ok perhaps but after the master bathroom started leaking from the base i thought what are the odds that both wax rings need replacing. So i felt stuck without toilets and was going to go to a hotel and wait to have someone come during the week but then i received a message from Tatiana saying she could send someone Sunday morning and i gladly accepted. Oly came earlier rhan scheduled which was fine by me. I told him what was going on and what the other plumbers assumed and he brushed that off and guaranteed to find out the cause. So after checking the toilets, water flow, water main he determined my line was clogged. To verify he pushed water through the main and all kinds of nasty crap came through the tubs not good. So he cleared/flushed the line which didn't take too long. When he was done he tested the toilets etc. I appreciated his knowledge and work ethic. The price was 120 which was way cheaper than what i was quoted else where and i was grateful that they understood the urgency to get this resolved. I would definitely use them again. Thank you.

Our sink pipe broke this morning. We contacted Detail Plumbing and they sent someone the same day and got it fixed! Olly responded quickly and was wonderful! The price was also reasonable. Will be contacting for future service. Thank you.

I contacted them through Yelp & was pleasantly surprised to find out that not only were they very reasonably priced ($120) but also they had available appointments today (Saturday)! Oly said he just started on a job & would be by in 1 hour. He was very friendly, professional and fast! I have hard water & sometimes the pressure of my water slows down because of the sediments from my pipes. He showed me how to clean the filter & also advised me not to drink the water. That shows that he cares about his customers & that's much appreciated! The new faucet that was installed looks great!! I will definitely use Detail Plumbing again! Thanks Oly!! :)

We are super happy and grateful to have found detail plumbing and to have gotten Olly! Not only was he knowledgeable about what we needed, he was willing to come back if needed.

Basically we needed a Shampoo bowl installed in a new salon in Citrus Heights that required permits and city approval. The first guy quoted the job at $6,000!! :O ...I will not name them to avoid embarrassing them lol. We knew the price was unreasonable so we continued our search. Olly was able to come in and knock out the job within an hour and under $400! Thank you so much! We knew $6,000.00 and a weeks work didn't make sense. On top of that he was willing to come back to make a minor adjustment (at no charge) that the city inspector required.


We will definitely be calling you guys back if we are ever in need of a plumber again and of course requesting Olly!!

Oly is fantastic. He answered when I called (rather than making me leaving a message and wait for a callback). He came out within a few hours of me calling, diagnosed the problem within a couple of minutes, and went right to work clearing my kitchen drain pipe. He had the line clear and the space cleaned within 30 minutes of arriving and at a very reasonable rate. I will be using these guys for all of my plumbing needs going forward.

This review is long overdue. Detail Plumbing has helped me twice now. I recently bought a house and realized the water heater was not working. Before going for any repairs, I normally get three quotes. First two plumbers told me that I need to change the water heater. That was a chock for me since the house inspection had the water heater in a perfect condition. My third plumber was Oly. He came to inspect and told me something was off. So there was nothing wrong with my water heater! He did not charge anything for the visit either. This time Oly came to check a leaking at my water heater valve. One of the other plumber mentioned adding hose bib cap. I didn't want a temporary fix, so I checked to see if someone from Detail Plumbing could come to help. Oly changed the faucet an charged me less than other quotes I had received. I'm pretty sure I can trust Detail Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.
