This is the plumber you're looking for. I always go to the top of the non sponsored list... that's where the true proof is. Oly is 5-star rated and on top of the list for a reason. I called him on a Friday morning for a clogged sewer line, and he was at our house within 30 minutes. He told us he would 'blow our clog to Berkeley', and he did. He is personable, friendly and positive, but did not waste our time with chit chat and charged us a very reasonable price. He's logged in our phone and I won't use anyone else. I reached out to Detailed Plumbing on Sunday night, and Oly came to my house on Monday. He went to pick up a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal from Lowe's while his partner took the sink apart. The job was done in 1.5hrs and his labor cost $180 with a two month warranty on labor. Highly efficient and honest. I was grateful that he was willing and went out of his way to pick up the parts for me. Great business!!

I called Detail Plumbing requesting a same day quote on some work. Oly came out on short notice, quoted me a very reasonable price compared to the other quotes I received. He performed the work for the agreed upon price right then and there, I will definitely use his company again in the future

Called about a running toilet and they came out within 30 minutes. It turns out I only had a tiny problem with my flapper in my toilet and it was a easy fix, only took a few minutes. he didn't even charge me. They are honest, I will definitely call them next time I am in need of a plumber.

Very pleased with the service we received from Oly and his crew! We just had him install a gas line for our new cooktop (used to be electric) and add a water line for our fridge water/ice maker. He was very responsive, very reasonably priced, and very nice. Oly and his assistant worked efficiently and were very respectful of our home (being careful about walking in with dirty shoes and cleaning up after). I would definitely recommend Detail Plumbing and we will be calling on him first for any future needs.

It's never a good evening when you hear dripping in your bathroom when nobody is in there and you discover the ceiling is pouring water onto the floor from the upstairs unit... Panic mode: you run upstairs to the neighbors who have no clue what is happening, convince them to turn the water off in their unit for the night (and brace for a busy next day...) Next day, Owner of upstairs unit called 2 plumbers who couldn't find anything wrong upstairs: their conclusion was a leaking pipe in between the walls! Called the HOA to find out what to do (they wanted to send their own plumber) and the insurance company to get advice, began to despair when I decided to try one more plumber. I was so lucky to find Oly on Yelp! He was here 10-15mn later and found the problem immediately: he fixed a pipe under the sink of the upstairs unit: 5mn later DONE!! Very reasonable price. After a whole day of worries, phone calls, and imagining the whole ceiling and walls needing to be opened, the insurance claim, and the mega invoice... What a relief! He gave me the best advice EVER when he was done and handed me his business card: ""Next time, call a REAL plumber directly"". I will Oly! I promise!

I called on a Friday night after noticing a clogged kitchen sink and received a quote within a few minutes. He was able to come out the very next morning. We just bought our new home and turns out the kitchen sink pipes were done all wrong during a previous remodel. He did a GREAT job of fixing it for us at a great price. It was also done quickly and by Saturday mid-day we were up and running again with our sink. Other companies haven't even gotten back to us and the ones that did required us to pay a fee to come out and then give us a quote. He also took Zelle as payment which was an added plus!

Based on other Yelp reviews I had Detail Plumbing come and fix a clogged bathroom sink and bathtub. Oly was wonderful - nice, courteous, efficient, and the cost was very reasonable. I had him come on a Saturday and paid no additional charge for the weekend. I will not hesitate calling Oly again when needed. Thanks Oly!!

I called on Saturday morning because my dishwasher wouldn't drain. Oly came over in a few hours to check it out. Unfortunately, it wasn't a plumbing issue so he couldn't fix it but told me to call an appliance professional to get it fixed. He also checked out some other plumbing issues I had in the house I just moved into. There was rust coming out of 1 bathroom tub. He went in the crawl space and gave me a proper diagnosis that it was galvanized pipe. He said it was harmless, but told me the option to fix it was to gut out the new bath, which would be expensive. If it were drywall, then he would have been able to repair it easily. He also diagnosed a few other plumbing problems I had. In the end, Oly didn't charge me for coming over and diagnosing the problems. He said he only charges if he does work to fix something. I'm giving Detail Plumbing a 5-star review because they're available 7 days a week, came over the same day I called and didn't charge me for just coming over to give a diagnosis.
