Unfortunately my previous review was way off, Roy is a nice guy but for one takes way to long to respond and totally messed up my system. The settings were way off and he comes off like he knows what he's doing but does not. I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt but my husband who is a master mechanic saw it right away. He's also a one man operation so wait times are EXTREMELY long, I'm now with a extremely reputable company who came and fixed my problem and adjusted the settings to where they should have been all along and will be getting a brand new system with them.

""Master Plumber"" ? Not !!!....$1,000 waist....Everything Roy touches...springs leaks.....How is this possible ? I will never know....Maybe this is his gift.... Not an honest guy. In fact the PVC ( but was charged for copper) was not connected and Still leaks....Placed a board to prop it up....Do Not ever want him "" helping us out""....Wow...Also, he disappearing acts.....

Hired Roy DeSousa once to fix a running toilet. Roy showed up 4 hours late. Seemed out-of-it/disoriented, like he didn't know what he was doing. He NEVER comes by when he says he will. Says he's coming right over, then shows up hours late, or not at all. Doesn't call to let you know he's running late. Had to call his wife at home to find out if he was planning on coming by (as promised) when he missed our appointment. He did poor work installing the new flush valve and forgot to reset the water level. Had to pay for another plumber to come out on an emergency call to unclog the toilet because the water level wasn't adjusted by Roy when he installed the new flush valve, hence the toilet clogged again hours later (after I paid him and he left).

Roy is the BEST! Not only is he a master plumber with lifetime experience, he is a complete professional and the kind of person who goes out of his way to do the best job for the customer. He saved us thousands on our new home by identifying a problem the owner didn't know about. We highly recommend DeSousa Plumbing!
