Turned on my outside hose today, and ended up with a geyser shooting up from the fixture. My favorite Librarian suggested Desmoni Plumbing.
Desmoni got to my home within less than 2 hour's.
Dru was very cordial, explained what needed to be done to fix the problem, and got the job done.
I will defiantly call them again if I have a plumbing issue !

If you have a home warranty and don't want to pay $600 out of pocket for your water heater replacement, I highly DON'T recommend this place. Lady who answers all calls here guaranteed me that everything will be covered under my warranty. It sounded well, she said she dealt with my insurance company many times. Turns out they like to charge an insane amount to insurance oh and a 4% fee for using your card of course. The lady who works here told me that my insurance should be covering more of the cost and she told me multiple times & multiple days that she would call my insurance and help fix some things. She left me hanging and never did after she got her $1,850 for a new water heater. Not an honest company..

Called on Friday to have a backflow valve replaced, set up an appointment for Monday. Dru called to let me know he was on his way. Dru arrived within our appointment window, he was professional and very quick replacing the valve. Thank you Dru

I called them to give me a second opinion . I have a home warranty whom initially sent a plumber from Vegas. That first provider didn't have any appointments until a week out. Desmoni sent a plumber who said we had a leak in the subfloor that would require ripping out my floor and subfloor. I was also informed that 775 flood would be the ones to do the removal of my floor. Desmoni even told me that I'd have to file a claim with my home insurance company. I was informed by my handyman that it wasn't that bad and I should call Jim's plumbing for a 3rd option. So Jim's plumbing was able to repair the leak in my crawl space with out removing and flooring. So all this to say that I DO NOT recommend Desmoni plumbing. Desmoni plumbing tried to take advantage of me in order to get the most money.

I just moved to Pahrump, right off the bat the water heater started leaking. Nothing worse than cold showers. Desmoni had a high Google rating, now I know why. I spoke with Marla, she was wonderful. It was on a home warranty claim, she jumped right on it. Called the warranty company got everything approved set up and appointment for Dru to come out and replace my water heater. The next morning Dru showed up early, which is great. Explained everything to me, had it replaced and on his way in less than 2 hours. Now we can have a nice hot shower. And move on with our lives thanks to Marla and Dru. Great to know there are companies like them in the town we just moved to.

My toilet was leaking at the base. I called Desmoni plumbing, and they sent someone out the next morning. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job cleaning up after the toilet repair. Would definitely recommend Desmoni plumbing. They also gave me a military discount. Thank you!

Called Marla on a Friday night and they came out first thing Monday morning to repair our water heater. Marla was instrumental in spending time on the phone with our warranty company and getting the company to cover the repair. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the service they provided. Will definitely call them again with any plumbing issues.

We needed a new water heater installed. This was not an situation. Just an upgrade from a 27 year old water heater. Called plumbers in our area. Desmoni gave us a 2 hour window for the appointment. They were late. The person who responded would not give a firm price for labor. We called the phone number again & that person gave us a price. There was a lot of confusion between what the person who answered the phone & the person who responded to our house. Anyway, he left to go get the heater at Home Depot & never returned. When we called, the person who answered said the worker's truck broke down, so we'd have to reschedule for the next day.

We found out, a long time later, that not only had the worker drained the heater (which was okay), he left the fill spigot on. So water had been pouring out the drain valve into our front yard & down the street. We called the company, but there was no answer. Yes, it was after 5pm, but we had been told they would be available for any future emergencies if we hired them. Well, our first emergency & we can't reach anyone.

We finally reached them the next day & the person who answered seemed really angry at us. She told my husband that the worker didn't like him & so they wouldn't be available for us to hire. She also admitted that the broken down truck story was not true.

Sometimes people can't work together or agree on everything. We totally understand their right to refuse to work for us. However, I feel it's rude to drain someone's water heater (plus gallons of fresh water) & then leave without telling us to shut it off.

We ended up calling another plumber, who came out the next morning, gave a firm price, arrived exactly on time, had obvious knowledge & put in a new heater, all new piping & connectors within a couple hours.

BTW we never pay in advance. I believe that always is a good idea.

My husband may have already posted a review with a video of the water running down our yard into the street.

Had a working water heater. Set up with Desmoni to replace. They sent Jeremy to do the work. 27 minutes late (for a 2hour window).

Jeremy arrived, drained the tank without shutting off the electricity. Said he needed to go to Home Depot to get parts. Never came back. Heater elements burned out. Now heater doesn't work.

Called Desmoni owner. She said stop the draining, they'll be out tomorrow. Stopped the draining, tank started (we thought) to refill. Was actually draining into the street. (See video below.). Now I have a broken water heater, no hot water.

She called me a liar, said I was trying to scam her, told me she doesn't want my business.

Desmoni earned NEGATIVE 3 stars.
