Mr. Deskins has been a godsend for several years! He has been cleaning our pass-through water heater, but last time we actually needed a new one, which we had suspected given its age. As often happens, it decided to give up the ghost on a Friday, so we expected a weekend of showering at my sister's, 15 min away. But no!! Mr. Deskins told us he would try to get a replacement model and install it on Saturday (though he usually doesn't work on weekends) to save us the inconvenience. Sure enough, early on Saturday he called to say he'd found one, and proceeded to install it for us!! We were incredibly thankful. He has also noticed other things around our house that he has recommended, and he never overcharges - in fact, we have to remind him to bill us. He is a consummate professional, and provides caring, old-fashioned service. You couldn't do any better!

The guy does very solid work, he did most of the work himself, everytime I go under my crawl space I'm impressed with how he transformed it. I work in construction and am super picky about contractors, Deskins Plumbing has all the righ factors, he's easy and professional to work with, he's transparent about explaining things about what is wrong, his rates are reasonable. He's accountable to his work as well. He knows he'll probably get called back in 10 years if a valve he puts in starts leaking, so he's going to make sure he puts it in so he doesn't ever have to go back.

Both Jesse and Naaem have worked on plumbing in my home. Such a great thing to have local people who have been in the trade for years come to the rescue with water heaters, garbage disposals, faucets, etc. Jesse installed both a tank heater and a tankless hot water heater. I recommend them highly. And after just learning what one of my friends paid for his hot water heater service! Wow. Deskin's plumbing prices are very competitive. Also they work with Rubenstein Supply, which I am a big fan of!

When knowledgable people meet kind and caring neighbors, that is what is Deskins Plumbing.

Jesse is a West Oakland neighbor. He came to my house to repair an antique faucet. He was highly recommended by my neighbors and friends and didn't disappoint. The faucet is something that when I showed it to Ashby Plumbing, I was told that I should go to Sink Factory to get repaired. And, because I'm no plumber I was insecure venturing into disconnecting a part that was expensive to replace at equal quality.

Jesse came by and in the matter of about 90 minutes with a quick run to the hardware store or his clearly extensive Arsenal of tools and resource to fix antiques and hard to fix items without having to spend a fortune.

I highly recommend his gracious personality and genius ability to solve plumbing problems, large and small.

Deskins Plumbing is the best!!! Naeem Deskins is an exemplary plumber. He is clean , fast, efficient and very fair in price. He is also in this day and age the perfect gentleman. He returns phone calls, comes to our house with very fair estimates and follows thru with what he says with no surprises.
