Extremely friendly and professional--a real life-saver...which is much more than I can say for our useless home warranty company, which wouldn't get anyone to commit to come out until Saturday. When asked for a quote to run a new water main Neil and Marcel asked all the right questions. Was willing to give me thoughts on saving money and options on how the job could be done. Ran into a few problems, was quick to resolve them and stay on schedule. Showed up on time was courteous and finished the job both professionally and on schedule. While under my house they even pointed out a few problems that should be taken care of. After receiving this outstanding service, you know who will do the repair.

Wow, I am so impressed with the great service I received from this company. The hot water pipe from my water heater was corroding and needed to be replaced. I called Neil on Tuesday, he came by on Wednesday to look at the problem so he could purchase parts, and fixed the problem on Thursday morning.

Unbelievable !! He works quickly and his prices are reasonable. In one hour, he replaced 2 flex pipes from the water heater, replaced a hot water pipe, grounded the electrical wires on the water heater, AND fixed my noisy toilet.

If you need a plumber, you have to call Desired Plumbing. You will not regret it !!!!

We called Neil last week to run a gas line for our new gas dryer. He did that and evaluated our gas line system, which hadn't been upgraded since the house was built in 1958 He upgraded everything for a very reasonable price. Not only are we much safer now, but our gas range in the kitchen, which had been a little anemic, now works full force. Perfect!

Neil and Marcel were great! They came out and were helpful, honest and fast! It was great to actually learn what the issues were with my toilets and plumbing and how they were fixed. I will definitely be using them again when I install new toilets in my house. I recommend them 110%.

I had Neil out to take care of installing a shower pan last week. I wasn't around, so my tile guy supervised the work. He said Neil did a great job, was quick, efficient and did a great job. Neil ended up doing a few other repairs for issues he found while he was down there. Now the toilet doesn't wobble, the new shower pan is solid, and everything flows properly. He had to get a new drain for the new pan, and everything looks great. The old one didn't fit right and I'm glad he didn't try to pass it off as good enough, because I don't want good enough. I want it done right.
Would highly recommend his service to friends and family. Neil was very communicative and easy to work with, especially since I wasn't able to be around for the project. He gets the concept of customer service and not just trying to nickel and dime you for little things. Good to see things getting handled correctly, you don't see that much in the trades these days.
