Jay B.So this is what was left in my boiler after design tech was supposed to be servicing for the past 3 years ! by the way they were hear in February 2021 so beware of them! This was found by the chimney company that I had replacing my liner in my chimney! Save your money go elsewhere
Amanda G.I am a single mom and have two girls. I have never felt ripped off or taken advantage of by these guys, they are a family run businesses, and they have excellent customer service. Have used them to replace a furnace (they saved me a lot of money by pointing me in the direction of Masssave before I got my new furnace). I have been using this business for about 18 years and have ZERO complaints!
Ian B.Came to look at a replacement hot water storage tank. Found a woman alone so jacked the price up to $400 an hour!!! Honestly. These guys will rip you off! When asked they made some limp justifications about apprentices being paid $100 an hour....Is this heart surgery or some basic plumbing?? Did the job myself and saved over $1000 from the quote. These guys are rip of artists!
